There is no manual control of room’s air conditioner. It was hot and stuffy. All the staff can do is provide fan, which helped a lot.

The room had a wonderful view of the city and castle. There was plenty of room and they provided a baby crib for our infant. The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations, with an amazing view of the city from the top floor. Location is excellent right by the seafood market. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They helped us with booking a taxi, and when I left a bag of clothes in the room, they arranged to have it shipped to our next hotel in Tokyo and it arrived the following day.

Nice big rooms (Moderate Single). Excellent breakfast and staff service. Many choices for both Western and Japanese diets. Very understanding of dietary allergies. Excellent all you can drink happy hour at night. Great views from the same area. Decore in the rooms is a bit dated and getting into the bath, for a shower is a bit of a challenge but the size of the room and the views more than make up for it.

Clean comfortable decent size room for 2 people. Quiet. Great location to everything. Very nice Chinese restaurant on 17th floor. Reception on 16th Floor ? Says 24 hour restaurant- but there wasn’t.

Breakfast was decent. Small area, thus not a long buffet table. But the egg station is personalized. They prepared a form to tick how you like your eggs done. And the waiter serve it to you. Surprised to see a coffee machine in the room. A small couch adds comfort to the room. I wish there are more TV channels. The TV was wide for the room. Couldn't get the wifi started. The reception gave a password. But the online form ask for 'your last name' as password.

The location was great as we were able to walk to the castle, park and samurai village easily from the hotel. We enjoyed the TeamLab event at the castle one evening and enjoyed the walk back to the hotel. The breakfast was a buffet with a good selection.of salads, fruits and proteins. The Depachika in the store basement was also appreciated as we grabbed some lunch a couple of days.
