This hotel is centrally located and an easy walk to all the sites we wished to visit - especially the Omicho market where we lunched daily. The lounge was pleasant and we enjoyed relaxing there with a drink. Our visit was during an extended trip to Japan so we were especially pleased with the access to a coin operated laundry.

It was very crowded day of stay but the staffs were so helpful. They will take care of you if you ask for it. Nice hospitality.

- Great location, right by bus stops & Omicho market. Walking distance to other major attractions as well, including the castle, gardens, and tea districts - Modern & comfortable hotel rooms - Complimentary snacks throughout the day, including ochazuke after 8 PM Onsen was a little small

The hotel offers free juice and beverage in the afternoon, sparkling wine, red/white wine from 5-7PM and late night snack from 8-10PM. Nothing

The only negatives - I found the breakfast and concierge staff a bit standoffish/rude and the check in process was unnecessarily complicated. It's "automated" but confusing so a person ends up needing to assist anyway.

The comfortable room was large with a couch, 2 chairs and a table, and 2 sinks!! There was plenty of space for our stuff! Our room on the second floor was right next to two washer/dryers! So convenient! Since we didn’t opt for breakfast at the hotel when reserving the room, breakfast was only available to us after 8:30, so we had to walk to another hotel for breakfast.

Hot breakfast with ample choices. Walking distance to Omicho Market (8 mins) or Nagamachi Samurai District (10 mins). Comfortable lounge in lobby with coffee/tea. Clean room and bathroom. Nothing to criticize.

Great location, I walked everywhere It was a little impersonal, everything done by QR code, I know there is a language barrier but the front desk staff could look up and acknowledge the guests.

Amazing location, very close to all the main attractions In hotel onsen - it's always great to have it Great lounge, if you need to do some work for whatever reason - it has free drinks and v60 coffee Generally great service - I locked myself out of the room on check out day because I was in rush, and the staff helped me out without any problems Nitpicking at this point: For laundry there were on only 2 coin washing machines for 12 story building. They were regularly busy with people queuing to use them. Onsen didn't have a clock, or at least I didn't find one

The location was excellent. Although it was not particularly close to anything, it was within walking distance to everything. The public bath is a wonderful place to relax after a long day...that has to be the highlight of the hotel. The rooms are good sized...maybe double the size of Tokyo hotels in the same price range.

Best part of the stay was the breakfast and almost constant complimentary drinks and snacks in the lounge. Good proximity to the Kanazawa Castle and Kenrokuen Gardens. Room was a bit small but did the job. Distance from Kanazawa station was a bit off putting but was still able to walk in about 20 minutes even in the rain. Had to do some searching to find places to eat but found three good ones within walking distance- the closest about 2+ blocks away.

An excellent place to stay in the middle of Kanazawa, a short and easy bus ride from the station but easy to get around from there by foot. Nice hotel, free happy hour with drinks and snacks, which was most appreciated. Communal bath was a great way to relax and soak. Rooms were fine. I can highly recommend this hotel.
