Kind staff. Location is central to other tourist spots. The room and the hotel is older than I expected to be called 'Preimer' - TV with out the streaming service. Dark decors interior looks very retro. Afternoon drink bar is offered, but not much there and hated the fact that cups are TINY. Bedsheets were not big enough for the bed so it was keep coming off.

Wonderful location close to lots of amenities. The gardens the Castle. Close to trains n bus routes. The room excellent and the bed very comfortable. All staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed breakfast and were very happy with choice. The welcome drinks available each evening (Sake Tea Wine) were a nice touch

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. It’s a prime number one location, in the best shopping area, walking distance to attractions, around nest restaurants, bus stations in front of the hotel, friendly and helpful staff, great coffee in the room and all the facilities a great Japanese hotel can offer.. I will book it again definitely.. Everything. I loved it..

Front desk very courageous and helpful. Room is VERY small. Impossible to open luggage. No closet space.

Location is great for the main attractions like the Kenroku-en, the kanazawa castle, and the street near the hotel is filled with bars and izakayas. Room was clean and big enough. There’s a happy hour between 3/4 pm to 8 pm, which was very nice :) honestly such cozy hotel No laundromat unfortunately :(

Can’t beat the location! Room and facilities, exceeded expectations. The complementary happy hour was a great treat after a long day of sightseeing. This is the spot to be!
