The views were really nice and clean property Key card was not working, had to call receptionist every time we wanted to enter our room. There were no towels, had to request for them.

The staff is completely unresponsive. Due to the ongoing war, I had to pay the price of five rooms for just one. They refused to reimburse me or even offer breakfast or dinner. This is simply unacceptable for such a high price.

The gorgeous rooftop pool and they allowed me to use it after I checked out. I had a late flight from Colombo that day. No courtesy Tuk-Tuk provided as it is a bit far from the lake area/center and it’s not advisable to walk due to lack of sidewalks and not very polite drivers.

The place was very quiet and clean. The breakfast was great. The waiter in the breakfast restaurant was so kind. The staff was unprofessional at all. No cooperative, very poor English. They took long time to respond.

Beautiful hotel with stunning views and an incredible rooftop infinity pool. Rooms were large with balconies that looked over all of Kandy. It was my birthday during the stay and the staff provided a lovely birthday cake in the room which was a lovely touch. Food in the restaurant was a little average for the prices.

It is modern hotel, newly built with very clean facilities and rooms, the location is close to the city center and Kandy lake, with a 7 minutes walking distance to the city center. The photos of the property doesn’t give the right indication of the location or the view, the pool is so small, and you will end up with a city views more than of green forest view. The staff were nice but with a lack of experience, also we were surprised with à la carte breakfast instead of a buffet, and we had to wait for 45 minutes for our food.

Amazing views, great rooftop, beautiful rooms, great food. This place was really special and high end. The hostess at the restaurant was very sweet and patiently explained the different food options. I felt really welcome. I will definitely stay here if I come back to Kandy.

A sophisticated new hotel that impressed immediately on entry into the lobby . The staff were excellent at checkin. We were shown to a lounge seat , offered a welcome juice while our luggage was taken care of .The deluxe suite with a spectacular view from the balcony, also impressed right away. . ( Room 306) . The dinner was great but the service was slow. A La Carte breakfast was included . I swam in the rooftop infinity pool even though it was raining . Altogether this hotel exceeded our expectations . The service in the restaurant was very slow .
