The breakfast was really amazing and varied and came included. The whole hotel was extremely clean. One suggestion is to update your coffee/espresso machine, as it didn’t make the espresso drinks correctly and there was no milk in the cappuccino.

Very friendly staff - the breakfast choice was excellent. The temperature of the room was 29C and even with the window open for over 24 hours it only dropped to 27C - this was during November. A member of staff did switch off the heating on request but it didn't seem to do much good. The room was so hot it was difficult to sleep. On balance this wouldn't stop me from staying here in the future.

Friendly staff. Nice interior. The room is clean, cleaning every day. It's 28-29 degrees in the room and the staff couldn't do anything about it. Almost no English is spoken.

Very clean, attentive staff, delicious breakfast Thin walls, you can hear everything that is happening in the next room. If you're lucky and there's no one in the next room, it's quiet.

The staff we're extremely welcoming to start with. Then, as we arrived, just after breakfast time, it was still not a problem for them to sort some breakfast out, it was a full Turkish breakfast. Location was great with a shuttle to the mountains for skiing/snowboarding and the metro 5 mins walk to go 2 stops to the centre. Also caught the metro from the bus station. As we only stayed one night passing through,we had all day in the mountains and they were more than happy to letvus leave our luggage there. The area is industrial but it didn't affect us really.

The hotel is close to the train station, which was a plus since we were planning to arrive by train late in the night. The room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds after a very long train ride. The staff was able to accommodate a later than expected arrival. The bathroom was dark without good lighting and was not very clean.

It was our budget choice for one night as our plane landed very late. We had no expectations but it is a fine place to rest for few hours
