We absolutely loved our stay here. It was very clean, fantastic breakfast choices & both Jon & Emma were great hosts The self check in process was very easy, our room was of a very high standard & quiet. We will definitely be back N/A

It was perfect, I had a 3 night stay alone whilst the kids went away with their dad and I couldn't have asked for more. The owners were so friendly, the place was immaculate and the breakfast was lovely. Only a few minutes walk to keswick but just far enough to be quiet. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Parking was a little tricky at times but its the same where ever you go in the lakes. It's always so busy. Not really an issue though but couldn't think of anything else negative to say.

The tenants were incredibly warm and welcoming upon first arrival. They offered advice on how to navigate the public transport in the Lake District to enjoy the breathtaking landscapes of all the towns. Furthermore, the breakfast was unlike anything I’ve ever had before. As it’s included in the price, I am so grateful that I chose to stay here during my visit. There are a variety of options, ranging from gluten free, non-dairy, continental and cooked. The sautéed mushrooms were my favourite, and I cannot wait to visit again. If I could give a rating higher than 5 out of 5 stars, I would! N/a.

The location was excellent as, it was a few minutes walk to the town centre. The breakfast was amazing, all high quality produce. Plenty of extra tea, coffee etc available, during my stay. Nothing.

Location was ideal. Property was very clean and room had a modern feel. Great selection of teas in the room and nice toiletries included. Breakfast was delicious! John and Emma were lovely hosts and happy to suggest places to visit. We found the initial keyless entry system a little bit of a faff…but probably just us! Once we had our key fob it was fine :-)
