La limpieza es cada semana pero hay que pedir que lleven toallas

Room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, food was just ok on site. We never got to use the pool or water park in 2 days because they closed it, even when lightning was hours away. Will be back for a second chance and longer stay to see if we can get the full experience.

The resort has many restaurants where to choose from. And so many activities for children and a big dog park. Wonderful!

Very clean and made the trip enjoyable. Great place to call home away from home.

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The AC was not working properly, and I had to change rooms twice. The bathroom ceiling was also leaking, which made the experience even more unpleasant. I expected much better accommodations and service.

Staff was amazing and wonderful amenities

The waterpark is a separate fee and my daughter who is 47" tall got denied in the kids area slides because she was either too tall for one or too short for the other. It is small kids slides!! Yet, she was the height for one of the bigger slides, that was closed!!!! Definitely not worth the price! Room was great tho.

It's an ok place to stay need an update renewal, do not operate like a hotel it operates as a villa rental center No Room house keeping included No sheets or towels replaced if not ask for it. water park is a separate cost . the daily resort charge is for things most people vacationing don't use. Is most targeted to time share or residential.

The rooms are a great size for family. The internet service was unreliable throughout my stay. I also had to be relocated to a different room after discovering bed bugs in my original room. Additionally, the hotel charges extra fees for pool access and several on-site activities that are typically included at no cost at other hotels I've stayed at.

I loved that you really didn't have to go anywhere. There is a Walmart right next door My room was not very clean when i got there, but when I said something, they did take care of it right away
