Loved the location and the room was ideal for the night, very clean and comfortable, We were upgraded and was very thankful for the extra space. No cafe/restaurant at the hotel. I am not sure if this is now gone or will come back in the future.

great location. friendly staff. not boutique. old building, needs updating. family room #1 and #4 look great with a nice window and/or balcony. standard room had a window but I certainly wouldn't open it, and it looked onto another room and the a/c units.

Nice building in town but very quiet inside. The entrance is a florist shop no longer a cafe. We had a suite with balcony. Helpful staff. Very clean. Our balcony had very high walls so couldn't see out onto street. Strangely there was a bath on our balcony! It was plumbed in but it could be seen by another room so we didn't use it ?

Amazing location, close to the centre and easy to get around. Friendly staff & welcoming. The bathroom was quite unclean but we was only there for one night.

I booked the villa There was black mold and our shower was cold and we had bugs in our shower they moved me into another room and I ask for the room to be cleaned and they didn’t clean it to the last day they moved us into another cheaper room and didn’t give me any money back for the night worst hotel I’ve stayed in for me being the most expensive room the pool was not as advertised

It’s very calm street and central, very nice cafes near by and not far from the central area. They have washing machine just beside the room What made it very difficult to sleep.

You must walk through an entire flower shop and coffee to get to the hotel, which feels a bit awkward when there’s people at the store. The pool is extremely small and only fills up to 80cm depth (makes the value for money extremely bad), plus the staff needed to clean the pool twice a day which complicated using it since we had to time our stay at the pool with the cleaning times. There’s one door leading to the outdoor pool area then another door to the villa itself. The first door to the pool (and villa) doesn’t lock, so anyone could enter it at any time and come to the villa (which only locks with a toilet stall lock).

The advance communication was exceptional. As I arrived late I needed to self check-in, the hotel sent detailed and clear instructions with photos and even arranged a car to pick me from the airport to drop me at the hotel. The room was spacious, very clean and had a lovely bathroom and good AC. Situated in a nice spot in old town.

Everything. So beautiful, staff so happy and happy to help. The tv’s actually work and have Netflix (again that works) has tea and coffee making station to help yourself, with biscuits. Water in the room. Delicious welcome drink on arrival. Great location. Cake shop underneath. Nothing

the staff was very friendly and they had a cute coffee/tea corner with cakes and biscuits. the corridor to the rooms was noisy dark and stuffy.

Easy to find, the location is good. We arrived late after midnight with self-check in box. It was easy. We got upgraded to a bigger room. That was nice and kind of the hotel. We had a bit of complication with a transfer that we booked via hotel. But the hotel sorted it out for us very nicely. Nothing
