Everything, the grounds and staff was amazing

This behavior raises serious concerns about transparency, customer care, and compliance with basic business practices. Guests should not have to argue or repeatedly follow up to obtain a simple invoice for services they have already paid for. Such treatment shows a complete disregard for customer needs and leaves a very negative impression of the hotel. I cannot recommend a property that fails to meet such a fundamental and universally expected obligation.

Great place located slightly away from hustle so quiet and relaxing.

Lovely resort in a quiet area away from the madness on Patong Beach. Staff were do helpful and accommodating. Rooms were comfy and. Resort was beautifully maintained. Could walk to restaurants, pools, spa and lobby within the hotel grounds. Shuttles were always available to give you a lift. Walked to small cute town just a few minutes down the road. Beach short walk as well and hotel ran shuttles. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. So many choices with new selections daily. Highly recommend. Loved everything!

Lush green surroundings Gym was too small. Have to sit inside for the bar in the evening.

Great breakfast. Beautiful pools and facilities. Lovely people.

The breakfast restaurant was good When I checked in there were stains on the bed linen. I requested for them to be changed and they changed them. No coffee machine. Poor selections of tea.
-
Pool Little bit unkept in some areas. Pool shade was difficult to find.
-
Lots of stairs

Pool loungers need to be kept clean. They get busy during the day and tend to be neglected. Also the breakfast pastries were not that fresh.

Our rooms were not ready by the check in time, check in itself was veeeery long, we had to wait about 40 minutes just to get to our room. Its very far to go on foot to the beach and facilities. Free shuttle buses are very seldom. You always jave to call a taxi

The pool area was gorgeous. We're not pool/sunbathing people, but we really enjoyed this hotel pool. Our room was huge and wonderfully comfortable -- wraparound terrace with beautiful interior garden view; super comfortable bed; separate room for bathtub; tons of windows and light; and excellent service. the breakfast was very good in a wonderful room with a view of the sea. Although the beach was only a ten minute walk, perhaps more frequent hotel trolleys to the beach would be good?

The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of tasty options including omlette, roti (sweet pancake), Thai dishes, fresh fruit, a wide variety of pastry (fair but not great taste), and yoghurt in a very nice location. The Thai restaurant in the resort was tasty, but price is about twice what you pay in the local restaurants. The pools are great; however, open recliners could be hard to come by at later times. The staff was super nice, the room very clean, and the overall stay delightful. There is a local chain of message parlors close by that we really liked and that charged about half the hotel price for their services. Our rooms was quietly situated and it felt peaceful. The spa appears quite overpriced compared to local alternatives as are other amenities. We needed to wash clothes and the hotel would have charged use 3-4 times the price of the local laundry option. Getting a recliner at the more popular pools can be a challenge if you do not reserve it before breakfast. The wifi in the gym didn't work. Lastly, we had the room with private pool access, which was a pure gimmick that we never ended up using. First, the private access part was sufficiently in the shadow as that if felt to cold to actually hang out there and, second, the access to the common pool was indirect (one had to exit the water, walk down some stairs and re-enter the water) and to a pool that only had private recliners for a different set of rooms. So, we never used that feature.

We had beautiful comfy room with a view on Mango Pool. Breakfast was very good, great variety of food. The staff was very friendly, especially Marc - he is an awesome friendly person, we enjoyed having him as our waiter. Receptionists were also nice, however they don't seem to speak good English.. it was very difficult to communicate with ladies at the front desk. But overal, this is wonderful hotel, we enjoyed our time there very much. We loved your Thai reastaurant at Coconut pool. Cheeva Spa was also gorgeouse and super comfy. Just a suggestion: please expand your spa services by hiring more employees, so that services are available upon walk-in without long-wait reservations. We've made several attempts and the spa was always booked.... So then we had to make appointments for a week ahead. Cheeva Spa was also gorgeouse and super comfy. Close location to beach (20mins walk) and with a free shuttle. Rooms, breakfast and overall facilities were good. Since it’s located across a mountain there are a lot of stairs to climb unless you wait for the transport, isn’t terrible but nos the best either.

Clean, best staff, good breakfast. Great room

This resort had upper class service, high class feel, everyone was professional. The setting is well kept and beautiful. The breakfast buffet was abundant and tasty, many international and Thai choices. The rooms were large, clean, contemporary but with a definite Thai feel. Amenities such as a travel basket weaved bag, and nice slippers that you can wear to the beach was very thoughtful bonuses. The people in the check-in area were very detail and informative about the resort, and the bell people were very helpful getting rides in and out of the area. The only thing, which cannot be helped, perhaps, is the topography of the resort being on a hill. There are many steps, some of them quite steep, to negotiate to your room, to the breakfast restaurant, to the pool, to the check in area, etc. Although there is shuttles that you can request, it was easier just to try to get to some of the above places on your own, and it's not going to be easy for anyone with mobility issues. It perhaps can be modified to have less steep steps for us older guests.
