The staff were welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived. Great location on the beach. Clean and constantly maintained. The room was beautiful, however we found the bathroom floor uncomfortable underfoot, with raised pebbles, but did look pretty.

The staff was extraordinary excellent! The room/Villa 31 was perfect, exceeding expectations. Breakfast was satisfactory. A bit poor location in terms of nearby restaurants (needed to take taxi each time to go to the restaurant). The oil massage was not perfect... but average.

All the chairs at the restaurant and in-room dining area are very uncomfortable with a hard back. Would be nice to have an air-conditioned area where it is possible to do some work and escape the heat.

This is amazing hotel with great atmosphere. We stayed in a three rooms villa, with pool, and I couldn't imagens how great is this place, each room, the open roof showers and the pool, kitchen, and shared area were above all expectation. The hotel itself haze a very good vibes, with the pool area and restaurant with great view to the sea, nice music, delicious food and very good service. Our only concern was deciding if were to spend our time, at the nice beach, near the pool or in our great room.

It was a beautiful property. We stayed in the villa that we shared with friends. Breakfast is included and a nice selection to choose from. The air conditioning was excellent in the room, fluffy towels. The amenities including a bit of vodka, gin & whiskey was supplied daily as well as bottled water. There are several restaurants in the area that wee excellent. Zazen + W hotel are exceptional for a change of pace. Also grocery stores within walking distance. Beach massages were excellent. The only issue is that every surface not he property is slick concrete. You have to be super careful not to slip when wet or raining. There was an afternoon when it started pouring at the outdoor pool and I took a very nasty fall. Would have been helpful for them to tell guests what to expect when it rains and to have put towels on the pool deck.

Definitely we will come back next time. The only downside was that we were with a baby and stayed in a room with a lot of stairs (we didn’t noticed it when we did the reservation)

What an amazing resort! We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa with a pool and loved it. We loved the decor, hotel amenities, staff were fantastic. We would totally stay there again. The Fishermans markets were down the road, great area and lovely beach. Everything was spot on, no complaints :)

Very beautiful hotel, the rooms are very big, the facilities are great, the beach is beautiful and it’s in a very good location next to 7 eleven and restaurants, and of course the staff are very very nice ? The food in the restaurant is ok but can be better

A perfectly designed resort. Courteous staff and high-level service, the location is wonderful and overall we had a great time. Thank you very much Karma. We will definitely be back!
