Grounds were very tropical, the beach was within walking distance, and the restaurant breakfast buffet had an amazing array! What's not to like?

Fantastic location in front of an amazing beach. Restaurant is awesome: amazing food quality, although expensive and small portions. Great beach chairs and umbrellas. Good transportation provided to pier and airport. Pools near the beach are small.

Fabulous sandy very swimmable beach. Restaurant on the beach for all meals. Lots of chairs and umbrellas. Great staff. Very easy to get golf cart rides around the grounds. Swim up bar. We were REALLY lucky. We had a 500sqft bungalow right on the beach. Quite a way from town services. They had infrequent shuttles to the mall. But the beach was fabulous and price reasonable. Breakfast was just ok. Pretty good. All the necessary eccentials. Better developed Thai dishes, better french toast, some real maple syrup, pork sausages, better bread, baked breakfast beans. Better and more beach foot washers and showers.

Hotel had good facilities. Ok for price Our room really smelled bad. Like really bad. They burned incense etc to try and mask it but it was horrible. To be fair they did offer to move us, but to a much worse room far from the pool and beach. They knew the room smelled and shouldn't really be selling it.

Beautiful property on the water and staff was relatively friendly. Clean facilities with a nice gym and beautiful pool. The security guard was the nicest person on the property. Very helpful on finding things and cared for safety of scooters Our room phone wouldn’t work and the electrician couldn’t repair it. A/C stopped working in the middle of the night and the room was hotter than the temperature outside of the room. We also asked the staff several times to help us move the double bed together when we reserved a queen bed. Staff didn’t come until morning to help us but we were about to check out. No compensation received whatsoever.

Great location, nice pool, lovely beach with massage options, decent breakfast. The room looked unique as it was partly in a cave, but this caused lots of dead space, making the room much smaller than advertised.

Beach Bungalows were very cosy. Great breakfast daily with the restaurant right on the beach. Very efficient housekeeping and friendly staff. Superb beach front with beautiful clean sea for swimming. Staff in reception seemed a little unwelcoming. (Maybe too busy) And bar / restaurant staff not very service oriented. Very relaxed and laid back - there if you called but not super attentive. (Missed opportunities for upselling F&B - offering additional drinks etc.)

Room on the beautiful Chaweng Noi beach was great Mix up over the room upon arrival. However this was overcome to our satisfaction. Room was a little dated. Needs some work given the price.

We stayed in a deluxe bungalow which was a step away from being on the beach with sea view and two steps away from the restaurant and swimming pool. Perfect. The room was lovely, comfortable and clean. The resort is big and we needed to use a buggy to get up the hill to the main reception which meant booking and waiting for it to arrive which mostly it did. Some staff were lovely but many seemed to be in training and the service at the bar and restaurant in the evening is slow even though there were very few people to serve. The staff appeared unhappy. It is a bus or 10 minute taxi ride into the main town of Chaweng although we did know this when we booked. To book any trips out you need to leave the hotel and it’s a short walk to the booking office. However, there is only one here and therefore no choice as to who you want to use.

The staff was very friendly! Staff was not so skilled. Several times we never got our orders, and sometimes we also were given reciepts that didnt belong to us. There was no real organization of the staff. Our toilet flush was broken and had to be fixed several tmies. There was also a very bad smell several times of the day. I understand why the deal was 80% off.
