new carpet. Very small room dated furniture, food left in fridge from previous occupant, walls need painting!

The room was excellent. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the shower was great and with hot water and plenty of water pressure. The only complaint we had was breakfast. Everything had run out by 8:30 and breakfast was supposed to run until 9am.

My room was not comfortable due to the AC not working good! I turned the room to 67 degrees and it was still uncomfortable! ac

Close to many tourist spot but one must drive to it. Convenient/easy access to the freeway.

The breakfast was very good. I like that they changed the hot items daily. Great packaged breakfast sandwiches and pastries. The location was a little away from the busy areas but close enough to drive to destinations we wanted. Very safe area and free parking. The suite was spacious and comfortable for the three of us. The air conditioning worked great to keep the room cool. The staff were fantastic and immediately brought to our door things we needed. Can't say enough good things about this hotel. We will definitely be returning here. Can't think of anything that could be better. Everything was great for us.

Comfortable. Good breakfast with good options. Restaurants walking distance. The elevator floor was very dirty and the refrigerator had something spilled in it. Otherwise we thought it was great.

We were greeted by a friendly person at the front desk. No hot water in the bathroom. Plugs by bed didn't work. The air conditioning was either too cold (63 degrees) or too hot.

Can't think of anything. Horrible pillows. Very small suite room. Beds were extremely soft and worn out. Out of everything including coffee at breakfast. Trash cans in dining area overflowing. Only one person filling food and covering dining area. Pools was out of service. This is the reason I typically avoid Marriott hotels.

Good location. Easy access from I-40, reasonable drive to Dollywood. Pool was closed. That should have been communicated at booking. We booked there and came early Saturday afternoon so the kids could swim.
