Everything was absolutely amazing , the AC was perfect (a lifesaver in the heat ?), the staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was sooo good! The poolside drinks were definitely a highlight ?✨ Huge shoutout to the tour guide who helped us plan everything , super affordable prices and even arranged a van straight to Phuket Airport for us. Made everything so easy and stress-free! I’m beyond happy and grateful for such a fun, smooth, and memorable trip. Thank you Hula Hula for making our girls getaway so special ? Already dreaming about coming back ?️?

They kept our money and refused to refund us. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and I have never experienced anything as bad as this. This hotel is absolutely disgusting. The rooms are extremely dirty, poorly maintained, and nothing like what they advertise. This place claims to be a 4-star hotel, but it doesn’t even deserve 1. This hotel does NOT deliver what it promises and will keep your money with no real possibility of getting it back. When I asked for a refund and wanted to leave, they just moved us to a so-called “better” room. It was only slightly better, which says a lot about how terrible the first one was. If that was their best, I can’t imagine how bad the rest must be. We had to ask for clean sheets. The curtains were filthy. The room smelled awful. There was nowhere to place soap in the shower. The sink was disgusting. The only positive thing is that most of the staff were kind and helpful. Unfortunately, this does not make up for everything else. The manager made everything far worse. She kept delaying our departure again and again and refused to return our money, even though we did not receive what we had booked. After finally reaching an agreement, she broke it, claiming that we were not allowed to publish our catastrophic experience — something that was NEVER stated in the document we signed. This was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. Stressful, frustrating, and completely unacceptable from start to finish. If you want a peaceful, stress-free vacation, DO NOT book this hotel under any circumstances. You risk losing your money and ruining your trip.

The staff recognised the issue with putting 2 sets of adults in a "villa" that was advertised as TWO bedroom and was actually 1 large bedroom upstairs and a pull out sofa bed taking up most of the down stairs lounge. It was good that they recognised the issues and moved us. What I liked is they agreed to move us to two separate 'normal' hotel rooms. (Albiet that is not what I ordered and the entire stay was orientated around "a two story pool Villa", which it was not. and that was the only reason I stayed there accepting a hike to the beech front.) Mis-Sold: Advertised as a "Two Story Pool Villa" with two bedrooms. Photo's on Booking.com were just 5 and did not show the second bedroom or the "so called Villa" (no outside shots). Other than the "villa" was old, smelly and run down, the pool was not working and looked mouldy the villa was in fact two hotel rooms, one up and one down with a stair case connecting them. NO SECOND bedroom was just a pull out bed, which is not why we choose it as two separate adult couples travelling , we expected two bedrooms and not a pull out sofa in a small downstairs room with no hanging facilities. The word "Villa" paints a different view to me. Overall leading to a miss representation of what we paid for. Whilst moved, there was no offer of compensation and frankly it destroyed my holiday.

Nice pool area and comfy beds Hotel policy regarding early arrivals is terrible. With check in being 3pm, many travelers arrive early. We arrived at 10am and were told that our room was ready. Then they told us that we could have the room for a fee of 500 baht ($15) per hour! Consequently, we placed our luggage in a closet and walked down the street where the two of us had a three-hour massages for 600 baht total per hour instead of paying the ransom money to a hotel that cared nothing for its weary guests. We stayed three days and gave all of our business to other hotels and restaurants. Imagine spending $185/ night and being told you would have to pay another $75 for an early arrival. A terrible policy that many guests endured. It was a common sight to see guests complaining about this completely unnecessary extortion.

The concierge, I believe his name was Palm, was great! He went out of his way to make sure that our group was happy. I'm not sure if it was because we had a large group, but he was able to get us better prices on tours (scuba diving, 4 Island tour, Elephant Sanctuary, etc.) than I was able to find on the internet! There were a lot of stairs, and the shower downstairs didn't have very hot water.

The pictures maybe get a bit of a different impression but the hotel is still quite nice, especially if you like to hang by the pool.

I liked the view outside the room, and the location is good. Breakfast is good, as well as rooms are spacious Property is now getting older day by day, needs some renovation, specially inner room designs. Rooms are clean, but design of the room is bit older now

Location was good. motorcycle rental was convenient and decently priced. Scooter broke once, but got picked up and received a new scooter without any questions asked. Room was dirty when arriving, lots of sand on the floor. There were hairs left on some pillows when we just entered the room. The electrical outlets were loose, almost falling out of the wall. Room was not cleaned at all during the duration of our stay. Beds are made, but sheets are not changed.

I was not satisfied with the staff, and I did not receive my room on time. I only got the room at 3:30pm after some disagreements with the receptionist, whose behaviour was not appropriate.

Wonderful room, great staff, we changed rooms after extending our stay and the staff helped greatly.

Facilities and staff were exceptional. Location was great and away from all the noise and partying. Was really a great stay. Renovations could be done as this hotel has so much potential to be the best hotel in the area.

We stayed in a 2 bed/2bath villa with pool and it was wonderful. It was rainy season so pool was cool..The grounds were well maintained and staff was extremely nice and helpful. English was not a problem We booked our excursions right at the hotel it was very convenient and prices were reasonable. I will recommend to anyone who chooses to visit Thailand. Thanks for a wonderful time in Ao Nang Krabi. We had a visit from an unwanted bug but staff took care of it immediately Welcome to Thailand. Got to see the marvels of creatures they have there. It did not ruin our experience it really was kind of expected.

Been coming for years and love it but last time it was full of loud Indians which really spoiled it. I like Indians but it killed the stay
