The hospitality at this hotel is unmatched. The staff members were incredibly accommodating, genuinely nice, and always greeted us with warm smiles. On top of the fantastic service, our rooms were kept spotlessly clean with daily housekeeping, and the breakfast selection each morning was delicious with plenty of great options to start our day. We originally made a mistake when booking and accidentally chose this property instead of their sister location right on the beach. At first, we were a bit bummed to realize we were a 16-minute walk away from the sand—but honestly, the incredible service completely made up for it, and we ended up being so glad we stayed here!

Kokotel is a great hotel. I have stayed in many Kokotels around Thailand and I will continue to do so. They have the nicest staff and the best rooms. The bathrooms area also very nice and clean. The AC is perfect. The accommodations at Krabi Oasis are also great with the pool, breakfast, and location. I highly recommend. I liked everything.

Room service, facility and staff were good. Lighting in the room was dim. One bright light could have feel it better. The room service stuff always there in the walking area. Walking was little congested.

Breakfast is valuable, The pillow and bed are comfortable. The location is far from the beach, but they provided shuttle bus to chain hotel nearby beach.

Its a little far away from the main area so you need to walk a bit to get to the main road. No lift access from the lobby. You need to go one floor down and then take the elevator

Lovely atmosphere, great value for money for a night or two. Lots of restaurants nearby, 6-7 minute walk to the main road if you miss booking a shuttle. Not a far walk from the beach either! Great stay overall. The only thing we didn’t like about the property was the shower didn’t work properly, just dripped and no hot water. Not great.

Our room smelled like sewage (had to get staff in to clean the AC filter because it was accumulating so much that our room smelled horrible for days), shower was always cold, staff wasn’t very friendly, constant construction going on during the day (which is ridiculously loud)

OK place with great staff and very nice breakfast The building setup is weird and the facilities are sub-par for the price. The super noisy door locks are a big drag.

Felt like bit older hotel, but still had nice time there. Loved how stuff is always trying to help, everything was possible, nothing was a problem. Also liked eco-friendly approach - with water dispensers on the floor and glass-bottles in the room.

The room was clean and shuttle to other hotel Felt like my room was in a basement super dark surrounded by cement. Pool definitely not like pictures. Had hard time getting a ln extra towel. Far away from swimming beach. Expensive for youth hostel feel.
