Clean, near the city, quiet, parking nearby was a big plus Only one plug unit in the room. Need a place to plug in near the bed.

Great location near to Krakow old town. Spacious room and comfortable bed.

Great breakfast. The only reason my responses are not all excellent is that I purposely booked a smaller room than I did the last time I was there. It was completely within expectations, but not 5-star, because I didn't book 5-star.

THe hotel is perfectly located near the old town. It is a renovated old hotel. Th lobby is wide and pragmatically furnished. The single room is rather small and the bed/matrass is not comfortable at all. The Bathroom is also tiny but clean and OK. The breakfast is a standard one The bed /matrass is not comfortable. The housekeeping staff is excessively loud in the early hours of the morning. Their activities begin around 6:30–7:00, accompanied by the banging of carts and elevated conversations.

Location is great, everyone is friendly and really helpful!

It’s walking distance to all attractions, otherwise we didn’t like anything about it. They provided us rooms in another building that is passed through the main building. The rooms didn’t have any air conditioning and everything was too old. The rooms were too hot for September, I cannot imagine how warm it would be during summer. There were small fans in the rooms but it wasn’t enough. The bathroom was fairly big with a ridiculously small shower. It’s not possible to turn around yourself while showering. My elbows were touching the shower walls, even though I’m not a tall person. It was worse for my husband who is much taller than me. The pillows were like paper thin, the bed was apparently old and too bumpy, we felt each time one of us turned in the bed. On top of all those, it was one of the most expensive hotels in Krakow in Krakow standards. The other options were already booked so I didn’t have any choice but for that price point I didn’t expect it would be that bad. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone unless location is the only criteria you are looking for.

Good location Arrived at night. Hard to find the entrance. All dark. No signs. Big name letters up too high on the building. But the entrance is not marked properly.

Very close to old town. Large clean rooms, comfy beds, hot showers No air con. Luckily room had a fan which helped but can’t imagine rooms will be comfortable in height of summer. Other guests quite noisy but can’t be help by the hotel

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is definitely worth the price! The room was a good size and very comfortable, the food was absolutely delicious, and you simply can’t beat the location. I also appreciated being able to arrange a late check-out at a reasonable price. Overall, a great experience—I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to coming back myself.

I really liked the location, so close to the old town square, and the rooms were spacious . Beds were comfortable, and enough seating area inside the room. We really enjoyed the breakfast as well. The outer facade was confusing initially to us, from Zabka to the front face of the hotel, we were not able to figure out the entrance first, but later it was fine.

My room was quite big but my children’s room was small. The location was quite good. So much that there was to dislike about this property. 1. The staff were not friendly or helpful. After specifically advising that I was traveling with my teenage children over a month in advance, they put us on separate floors on opposite ends of the hotel. They couldn’t move us because the hotel was full 2. The hotel was the noisiest one I have ever stayed I. We could hear noises from the street, the room next to us and people talking and shouting up and down the corridors at all hours 3. The room was also terrible - no toiletries supplied, no aircon, no bedside lights and the worst shower that was tiny with no water pressure. 4. The room was so hot but we couldn’t leave the windows open because of the street noise and there was no aircon nor a fan to cool the room down I could not recommend this hotel less!
