Great location & easy to access. Room size was huge. The proximity to the square and amenities surrounding make this a great location Nothing!

We loved the location and the room was really spacious and with great light. We liked everything, it could have helped to have sopa and conditioner since it is now difficult having to travel super light. One extra face towel would have helped, we only had one to share.

We were delighted with everything , far exceeded our expectations. Excellent location near the square and ideally located in the Old Town . Lovely spacious room , spotlessly clean and the beds were so comfortable. The owners / staff we very friendly and really helpful. Would absolutely recommend Absolutely nothing

Reception was like a building site being! They were putting new flooring down and painting all week

Location, room size, comfort and cleanliness, staff Everything was really good but if I had to make a suggestion, I would suggest installing a sensor light on the first stairwell up to the hotel as it gets dark at night.

Location is fantastic. Right in the city center. Fast and straight forward check-in. Decent stay for 2 nights.

The gentleman checking us into our room was so kind, friendly, and informative. I enjoy meeting people who are happy in life and this man passed his happiness on to me! I like that there was a good fan in the room. I forgot a personal item and emailed them about it but I haven't received a response. The item isn't important but as I'll be returning at the end of my multi country trip I hoped to stop by and pick it up if it wasn't thrown out (it was my reusable water bottle).

Location was perfect. The host was really helpful with everything. Would recommend 10/10

The receptionist seemed almost disgusted by the fact that we have arrived an hour sooner than the alloted check in time. Not a nice way to welcome a paying guest. Shame because everything else was perfect.

The location was amazing! Very close to the park that surrounds the city. Also close to restaurants, churches, coffee shops, the post office and the bus/trolley system. Would definitely stay there again. The room was basic, very clean, and safe for travelers that are not familiar with Poland. The manager was very friendly; he let us in and saw us out when we left. He was friendly and informative. The only thing that could be better... larger pillows would be nice, but everything else was perfect.

Near to the square. No air conditioning, so needed the window open at night and the street of a nighttime- midnight - 4am is very noisy due to hen and stag celebrations coming out drunk from clubs and bars.
