The location and the parking right next to the property was great. The owners were very accommodating and the instructions for checking in were easy. A little noisy from the tram and the cars outside

The electric kettle in our room didn't work, but it was replaced immediately after we notified the owner.

It was very close to several restaurants and shops. It was also close to the buses so you could take transportation anywhere. The apartment was smaller than it looked in the pictures, but it was still very clean.

The beds were very comfortable, the AC was a lifesaver during the heat, and the location is perfect — close to restaurants, shops, trams, and train stations. Everything you need is within walking distance. Some repairs clearly needed (door handle, outlets, shower enclosure door...), Cleaning was minimal (only trash bags changed; bad odor from trash bin and refrigerator; bathroom not spotless; walls marked; no mopping, sweeping, or bedding), No basic cleaning equipment provided (would have helped since staff cleaning was almost nonexistent), Room cramped for 5, with too much furniture, No one at the reception — we stayed 3 days and never met anyone there.

I booked at the last minute as my flight arrived late to Krakow. The hotel was closed at midnight when I arrived. There was only a Polish phone number to call but my phone didn't work so I had to flag someone down on the sketchy street to get them to call. The owner was not friendly and told me he sent me a message on booking.com, which I didn't even know was possible. He did not give me the key code for the room for an hour so after being let it I could not leave. It was a really difficult experience and I would never recommend this place for anyone doing a last minute trip with a late flight.

The rom was big, and the bed was comfortable. The shower was a bit small. The code for opening the door is only provided at the last minute. My phone died so I had to eat (tip: eat at the great Italian restaurant across the street) and charge my phone before I could get into the building and my room.

I liked the location where it's close to tram stop station And there is small market to buy groceries. Very nice park is close by. The room is comfy with everything you need. Tram noise is load. Pillow can be better.

No staff on reception but easy check in by instructions over the phone, very comfortable spotless room with comfortable beds. Perfect for just budget pay and stay, was handy to get to the airport Nothing except no lift , not ideal for elderly or disabled folks or carrying baggage up flights of stairs

My son and I spent a week here and had a really great stay. The host, Andrzej, was super friendly and helpful. Check-in was simple and easy. Wifi worked well. The flat itself is spacious and well equipped in terms of furniture. The only thing that could be added for even better comfort would be a few more kitchen items (like a strainer or egg cups for instance) but that's really just as an extra, there is everything you need for simple, basic cooking for a week. There's a couple of affordable restaurants and eateries nearby. Also a supermarket just 2 min down the road. If you don't mind walking, the Old Town is reachable by foot in about 30-40 min. otherwise the tram stops very close to the building. If we ever go back to Krakow, I will definitely stay again another time :)

Great location for Kazimierz district. Easy walk in to city centre. Plenty of eating houses near by. Secure parking on site a big bonus if you have a hire car

A comfortable place in a pleasant neighborhood, with all the essentials nearby, including supermarkets, pharmacies, and bus stops. There are also plenty of restaurants and museums for leisure and entertainment. It’s just a 30-minute walk to Krakow’s main street, which makes this location even more appealing. Highly recommended!
