The room (for a very reasonable price), in my opinion, is better then the 5 star hotel near to this hotel with a lot of greens. Room is spacious enough, with excellent bathroom, light controls and good water pressure. None, i like it.

Property is very good and location super - I stay there often. This time the Aircon was extremely cold, despite adjusting it was always on, and I got sick. Everything else great. Aircon was very cold and couldn’t stop (sensor / thermostat issue). Internet was much better than last time, fast.

Valet parking too expensive for 2 day parking being charge rm58. Also payment for valet parking only cash.

I would say iam very disappointed they made our vacation miserable this hotel should be the max 1 star hotel with us having bed bugs and my husband end up having thousands of bites like how many bed bugs in this room we only stayed for two days and we endup with this my husband cant sleep becuse of all the itching thank God we're out of this hotel For four star hotel you should improve your cleaning and caring for your guest to have a pleasant stay

Great location, very comfortable room. Facilities are old but comfortable regardless. I've been staying at this hotel since I used to travel with my family and have been a satisfied customer through all iterations of its change in brands. Nothing to dislike in particular, but if I had to nitpick - it's not a new hotel, and I have to give credit that the facilities, while old, are relatively well-maintained.

The hotel is located just a few minutes’ walk from the Bukit Bintang Monorail Station, making it very convenient to travel anywhere in Kuala Lumpur and providing easy access to and from the airport. Jalan Alor and the Petronas Twin Towers are also within walking distance. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet—and, needless to say, the air conditioning worked perfectly. After a long day of sightseeing, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge for the next day. I was also impressed by how warmly one of the security guards at the main entrance greeted me whenever he saw me. This hotel appears to be popular with tour groups, so the reception area can get quite busy at times.

The hotel was old and they didnt change the bed sheet and towels for long time and was veryyyy old ,, they didnt put any coffee or tea in the room ,, they insist us to put deposite and we explain for them that we are not here so long just for 1 day they didnt accept …

ONLY LOCATION VERY CLOSED TO ALL AND LIGHT RAIL 1. Room even at 4.30pm not done and the reply was very bad that they do room until 6pm and i have to wait!! 2. When ask for 2 Wine Glass, they say cannot give!! we have to buy our own, when i complaint then they change their mind. 3.VERY NOISY LOBBY EVERYDAY!!
