The location near trx mall and pavillion area Bugs, insects in the bathroom, A/C also breakdown but they changed our room once complained

Walking distance to TRX and surrounded by an incredible variety of food options. It's the perfect spot for a quick, hassle-free getaway. It would be great to see a wider variety of breakfast options in the future, especially with main courses that cater to different dietary needs and preferences.

You should play music in the lobby and dining room to give the place more of a vibe. Felt kind of quiet and awkward without

The property is a short walk from TRX and it has a few eateries right downstairs. Very convenient location. The room is also very comfortable with all necessary amenities that function well. The design and arrangement of the room gives it a good vibe. My room had a swing at the balcony that looked into KL and it is very serene to just be looking at the view. Shower is also open and I did enjoy time in the shower feeling all relaxed and happy. Breakfast was delicious with option of either egg muffin or nasi kerabu, with free flow breakfast table of oats, yoghurt, bread, fruits and drinks. The price is on the higher end for the basic rooms but it is a good stay indeed.

Good location, room was very clean, friendly staff Breakfast could be better for example Option 1 (Western), Option 2 (Malaysia Local). For my stay, I would say too western for 2 choices.

The food is ❤️ The hairdryer does not function well

I got a free upgrade from standard room to a loft room. Love the open concept shower room. Their staff is very helpful. -Noise from traffic around hotel. Around 2-3am every night can hear motorbike screaming. Wearing earplugs didn’t help. -pool was under maintenance -the night before I check out, whole building was black out. From 2am till morning 9am there is no aircond tho electricity was working around 8am. -the room was extremely hot, make it uncomfortable to sleep. As my bed room is a loft concept, there is no air during the blackout. Receiving 5% off from hotel because of the black out but don’t think I will go back there again with the uncomfortable sleepless night experience.

The pool & breakfast

The industrial-style design is very nice, and the bed is comfortable to sleep in. Unfortunately, we experienced a blackout and had to wait about 45 minutes for the electricity to come back. Other than that, everything was great.

Breakfast was decent with al carte choice for main dish. There were bread, croissants, overnight oats, yogurt, fresh fruits and coffee/tea. However the breakfast area is small, hence a bit crowded. Location is excellent as it was 5 mins walk to TRX and eatery like Hai Kah Lang, where is famous for its fish soups! The location of Lloyds is much better than staying in the traffic congested area of Bukit Bintang. The room is too ‘industrial’ looking for my likes and it showed wear and tear. Water marks showing up on the walls.

Location is good No proper facilities like gym and swimming pool.

Swinging on the balcony is truly nice design for me!! Open the shower curtain to see the potted plants felt like in the jungle!! Amazing!! The bathroom plumbing smells like urine. Bedsheet had some spots on it!

*location is very near to TRX..just walking distance *All of the staff are very attentive,helpful and friendly..on my 1st night,around 11pm,our room having problem with the aircond,we called the receptionist and she send the technician to check the aircond..it turns out the aircond is not functioning so they upgraded our room and we changed to other room without any payment? *we are impress with the staffs efficiency?? *we love the breakfast selection *we love the amenities in the room *this is our 2nd staycation with Llyod’s inn? *as our room is superior double room,the bed will be on upstair..the upstair area is very noisy when we walk on it..we don’t feel safe sometimes because it is making squeeky sound when we walk *some of the paint is flaking out *the internet connection to the tv sometimes is not stable *as our room is infront of the lift,we can hear the lift and the peoples talking?

We had a lovely stay. They were generous in giving us a free upgrade to the room and surprised us with a birthday card and cookie on the bed decorated with balloons. The location is super convenient, you can walk to the TRX mall. It would be useful to have more plug point. The room we stayed, they only had one plug point near the sink. Also, the toilet door should be able to lock from the inside and not the outside.

The room was clean, aesthetic. The breakfast The pillow is not comfortable, causes stiff neck after one night sleep, the other night we forced to fall asleep. The room is too bright at night even the curtain were fall.
