Very disappointed with the service. I am still staying at this hotel, but the staff keeps asking me many times when I will check out. This is very uncomfortable and makes guests feel unwelcome. Guests should be able to enjoy their stay peacefully without being repeatedly questioned about check-out. Poor hospitality and bad customer experience.

My staying was very good The apartment is spacious and clean same as pictures. The view is amazing Baby friendly The kitchen is fully equipped, it helped a lot to cook for my baby. The pool is spectacular. The staff is nice and responsive I didn’t like that the towels for the swimming pool is for the guest of the hotel only and we were resident. They refused to give me a towel for me or for the baby and didn’t let me leave until I get dry so I don’t wet the elevator Also the glass room is for hotel guest only.

Prime location of KL. The rooftop pool comes with amazing view with no obstruction. Big rooms, very specious, nice water/shower pressure When book, it wasn’t specify the property was actually at residence inside of a hotel. We were confused as we tried to check-in at hotel front desk. Then later on the residence check-in desk has no staff on site and team members weren’t responding phone call or message.

The hotel host was being very helpful and responsive during our entire stay, the hotel also let us stored our luggages while I’m going away for three days with no extra charge, very beautiful modern hotel residence, extremely comfortable bed, I was on the 46th floor with a beautiful stunning view of Kuala Lumpur, facing the Patronas twin tower, very good location to convenient stores, shopping mall, and public transportations, There is nothing that I don’t like about the residence. I would definitely stay again when I go back to Kuala Lumpur.

It's not obvious that you're not a hotel guest when you book this. Certain things / areas are for hotel guests only, like towels at the pool, or the skydeck for example. The cleaning of the bathrooms / toilets was nonexistent, staff didn't clean those at all during our 5 night stay. Residence lobby has no staff 24/7 while hotel lobby has staff 24/7. You feel like second class citizen even though you pay more than what a hotel room costs and staff refer to the staying as Airbnb.

Bathtub moving around and extremely slippery...it's quite dangerous.....missing a lot of amenities such as fruit basket and drinks and snacks but I thankfully got it after requesting for it, and finally the noise, I was told I'm put in a quiet floor, but the floor was quite noisy and the soundproofing is terrible...

Shared pool with the hotel, usually very crowded Apartment is very nice but not cleaned properly, also needs pest control Water not provided regularly, need to ask every time Check-out process is very weird, you need to inform them in advance and they come to check the apartment before allowing you to leave, it gives a bad feeling. They could improve the process The apartment does not give access to the gym in the 51st floor but instead to another gym in the 11th floor
