The staff is nice and welcoming. Room is clean and maintained well. The location is good very near from the attraction. I appreciate the essentials and water bottle too We stayed while having earthquake but no safety measures and the staff not assisting the guests

I was very very impressed by the view here. The rooftop viewing spot is a great place to view Kumamoto castle and especially beautiful during sunset. Very close to both the castle and a ton of restaurants and shops in the covered shopping street.

The room is big and spacious, the bathroom too. Location is super convenient.You see Kumamoto castle from the window!. The ferry terminal is 20 minutes walk, so the shopping malls and stations. A very nice deck on the 7th floor with a view to the castle. Perfect stay, nothing to complain about ?

Great location, near stores and restaurants. Extremely clean rooms. Excellent staff and customer service. The staff went beyond the call of duty to assist my family with a situation. We left something behind when we checked out of the hotel and the staff did not hesitate to help us. They were generous enough to have the item delivered to our stay in another city. Best experience ever!! All good.

Excellent location, right across the street from the Kumamoto Castle, shrine, and several other attractions surrounding the castle. The bonus is that the hotel itself has a rooftop lounge with a beautiful view of the castle. In general, the hotel exceeded my expectations for a 3-star hotel. They even provide very cute copies of hand-drawn maps of restaurants in the neighbourhood as well as one of the attractions around Kumamoto Castle. Lovely indeed.

Great location. Close to Kumamoto Castle, restaurants, bars, shopping, and transit. The staff were very helpful. The room clean and very comfortable. And the breakfast was very tasty.

The location was convenient as it was not far from the main station with many transportation options to get to and from the station. It was close to the main attraction of the city, Kumamoto Castle, as well as in walking distance from many restaurants and cafes. The room was clean and spacious. It was nice that they offered us some welcome gifts and complementary drinks for each night of our stay. The view of the castle was also a bonus! Since my room was close to the elevator, sometimes there was noise from guests returning to the hotel late or leaving early in the morning. Since the hotel faces the street, there is some street traffice noise, but it is minimal, so I wasn't too concerned by it. It was a little unclear if we could get new towels/ amenities if we did not have the room cleaned during multiple-night stays. I think if there was more clarity on that issue, guests could better decide whether or not to have the room cleaned.

A nice business hotel with compact yet amazingly equipped rooms. I intended to stay just one night but ended up staying a week. You could see the castle very clearly from the rooftop. The location is fantastic. Everything was great and very clean. Very nice stuff as well. Nothing.

The staff were lovely and accommodating and even provided us with recommendations of places to see and dine. We really enjoyed the Japanese set breakfast they provided.

The hotel is located very next to Kumamoto castle and city central areas. Breakfast is on the lighter side compared to other hotels. The coffee is good.
