The breakfast was delicious. The onsen was amazing and they had a very comfortable massage chair. Great location. The staff was very accommodating
-
Great hotel staff, good location in between mountain and hirafu central. Great breakfast, skiing facilities.
-
Excellent breakfast spread in the mornings. Location is great with an easy walk to the ski lifts! Do not try to get help from the staff to book a taxi, they weren't very helpful in that regard.
-
Short walk to the ski hill, traditional style room, onsen The lock on our door needs replacement, it took about 5 mins of jiggling the key to lock/unlock it every time. (Room 200).
-
It's location, and comfortable futon beddings. It's near to food options. The female staff were very helpful, but I cannot say the same for the main male check-in counter male staff - pretty "grumply" for some reason. Breakfast was good, but super crowded - you don't get your private space, as you would have to share table spaces with other guests.
-
The location and onsen were very nice The breakfast was okay. Buffet style, had to stand in line in the morning.

The staff can be more available and friendly. It seems they want to do the least job as possible. You barely can see a staff around, and if you do see one, they wont acknowledge your existence as a regular hotel would do.

Definietly paying for location on this one, room was a little beat up and common toilets where clean enough but nothing exceptional.
-
Amazing location steps from the base of Hirafu - best and most afforable place in town that was available for our stay. we also had a japanese style room with shared bathroom in hallway (and showering only in the onsen), and our room was the largest we had in 15 days in Japan. Loved the space. Onsen was nice and clean. Breakfast was plentiful and filling. Big parking lot nearby for free was helpful Japanese style beds were harder than we were used to, and could have had better pillows (but felt that way about ALL 5 hotels we stayed at in Japan) ;]

The staff for the most part was excellent and helpful. The main problem I had (and the reason I’m leaving this review) is because an older male staff member completely blew me off, said he was busy, and walked away after I simply asked for a recommendation for a warm place to eat at. This was very disappointing to experience after a long, cold, and tiring day. I understand hospitality business is stressful and demanding and I’m sure he was busy but I believe I wasn’t even asking a question that was taking too much of his time?

Niseko Park is in the perfect spot on the hill, close to the slopes. There is a great drying room for ski gear, lots of spaces to sit around the hotel, and an excellent breakfast. The onsen provided is very good after a day skiing. This hotel is older style and the only place to shower is in the communal onsen. This was not ideal with a teenager. Ugrading to provide some more private showers would make this perfect. The price was high for the facilities offered.

The best value hotel in Niseko! Epic breakfast and amazing onsite onsen plus an ideal location makes this our favorite hotel of our ski trip. We personally loved the traditional room with futons on the floor and found them to be very comfortable, plus made the room feel huge for yoga and reorganizing gear when put away! Seriously the included breakfast allowed us to load up and feel full all day while skiing, and then relaxing in the spacious and beautiful onsen each night. Also, the gear room was convenient and hot so all gear fully dried out each night! We will be recommending this hotel to all our friends! The men's onsen needs more rules or enforcement about keeping voices down. While the women's onsen was perfectly peaceful and quiet, the men (all westerners) during our stay were treating the onsen as a hot tub party which was a disappointment (and embarrassing).

Closeness. Access to mountain. Gear room was very convenient and spacious. The floor mats were so comfortable. My friends and I had a great sleep.

Location. Onsen. Staff. Breakfast. Ski locker Wish breakfast started earlier

The breakfast! Wonderful wonderful, such variety, good amount of everything, lots of protein options, vegetables, freshly baked tasty pastries, coffee is good too. The location is good too, total walking distance to ski lifts, 5 mins walk to hirafu base, or 10 mins walk to grand hirafu mountain center. They have their own onsen, though I didn't try it so can't comment, not used to the mandatory nudity hahaha. We had a japanese style room, so it's sleeping on the ground with a mattress. I'm Asian so I'm very used to this style, my husband is not and his comment about it is "surprisingly comfortable". Trust me, a harder platform is better for your spine, and the mattress adds adequate softness. Shower is nice and hot, wifi works well in our room. Overall a very pleasant stay. Nothing really.

Breakfast was amaazing. Onsen was increadible. Great boot drying room. Two minute walk to the Family Chairlift. Staff were very friendly and helpful. 6pm seemed a little early to close the conference room. It would have been good to have the opportunity to sit around there and eat our takeaway dinner with family and fiends.
-
Perfectly located for skiing and enjoying local restaurants. Outstanding onsen. Quiet and calm.

The room temperature was a little difficult to control, but not impossible!

Great breakfast, great location

Close to Grand HIRAFU Base and near multiple places to eat. The ski and snowboard gear storage room was awesome to have, making it easy to transition from slopes to hotel. Parking was simple and, the hotel had good breakfast. No complaints.
