Nothing. We had to book a different hotel because the room we had did not have working AC and the staff would not accommodate. The ac did not work in the room and neither did the WiFi. The staff was rude and would not accommodate.

It was a big room for Japan standards. The staff was super friendly. My husband forgot something important and they were so helpful . Close to a station that is direct to Kyoto station. The price was great too. Maybe that the details for breakfast weren't very clear.

The rooms are quite small but I guess that's a standard in Japan.

Too tight for 4 people. No space for walking and no space for luggages.you have to walk on top of bed to get to the window.

The location was great as it was near convenience stores and train stations. The receptions are friendly.

The room was very small. There was no closet-just some hooks to hang clothes. No drwers at all. so very tight to have luggage and try to manuever in the rom.

Location was great and staff was very nice. Great to have laundry facility on site. Shuttle availability for some attractions were appreciated. No closets in rooms, no coffee/tea available for guests, as an amenity, although available for extra cost.

Really enjoyed the breakfast buffet; lot of healthy choices and tasty! The location was excellent; 5-min walk to the Temple, short Taxi/Uber ride (5 min) to any mall, and 3-min walk to nearby Kyoto Coop for healthy fruits, vegetables, drinks, and food gifts to take home! All was perfect!

Clean. Location is also good. We visited in the hot month of July. The room power completely shuts off when the guest pull out the card at the door during exit. This includes the power for the fridge, even for the hot summer time. We were unaware of this the first day of our stay. We had medicine for our daughter that needed to be stored refrigerated. It was completely ruined after we were out for a day, since it had gone to room temperature for a few hours due to the power disconnection in the room. The medicine was for daily injection and this caused a disruption of my daughter’s treatment regimen for our entire time in Japan.
