I enjoyed the location! It was close to the imperial park and the subway.
-
Near bus station and a subway station. A very convenient location. And not too crowded. None.

I stayed in a suite. It was spacious, clean and the extra treats such as cookies and coffee maker was wonderful. The staff was very helpful. The dining room served delicious food. Nothing. It wa perfect.

Room was great, comfortable bed and effective blackout curtains. Breakfast food was good, everything was very clean, staff very nice and helpful.

The location was excellent and the staff was very friendly and greeted every time we walked in the door, even if we were only gone for a few minutes to stop by the konbini around the corner. There are many delicious restaurants in the area as well, and a central location for public transport. The bar/restaurant Jia Wei downstairs has one of the yuzu flavored gin and tonics I’ve ever had. The beds could have been a bit more comfortable.

Nice, spacious rooms with pleasant design, very clean. Good location next to the Karasuma line station and walking distance to many attractions. Many interesting cafes, restaurants and shops in the area.

Very clean

Location Thin windows. We could hear street commotion below us

The hotel is located across from the Imperial Gardens which made exploring them very convenient. Another convenience was the hotel is situated on a subway line so it it was very easy to get around. The hotel is a bit far from major shopping areas to easily walk there, but the subway access helped.

There wasn't something we didn't like.

Some staff were unfriendly (especially for Japanese standards) One girl in particular never said hello, ignored eye contact and seemed upset at all times. Very odd for a Japanese hotel.
-
This was the nicest hotel for us in Japan. The rooms were very specious and comfortable. Super clean and nice. Location superb next door from subway station Everything was perfect
-
Amazing large rooms with nice windows overlooking the park. The location is extremely convient; subway station and FamilyMart next door, beautiful garden across the street. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Nothing, it was amazing

It said coin laundry online but they actually only send out the laundry
