Very closed to the train station

Kyoto Station was nearby. Kyoto Tower and the Gion district were also within walking distance. The staff was very courteous and accommodating as well.

Our initial room smelled like cigarettes. Upon request we were immediately given a different (non-smoked in) room. It was lovely. The walls were paper-thin; we were situated by the elevator so there was constant noise in the hallway all night.

Location was very convenient This hotel is trying to do too much in too little space. Lobby cluttered with luggage but they added a coffee shop. Not ample seating. Room was small for price. No room for anything. No luggage space. No clothes space. Step up to Bathroom was totally inadequate for travel. Not enough room to move an inch in the bathroom. Almost tried to switch hotels.

Super conveniently located. Right near Kyoto station. Clean everything. Rooms are small, but I don't care about that. The pillows were really uncomfortable but idk if that's just how pillows in Japan are. Breakfast was good. In my opinion though, I feel bad about all the disposable amenities they give you every day

I had a great stay at this hotel in Kyoto. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Kyoto Station, which made getting around the city incredibly easy with direct access to all city buses and trains. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions and recommendations. Highly recommended for travelers looking for convenience and warm hospitality. Friendly staff and good service, but the room was too small for my comfort and bathroom.
