We loved the location! The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean. Loved the entryway too. The free samples were a great touch. We also appreciated the luggage hold since we arrived before check-in. The pillows were quite uncomfortable. I do wish I just brought my own.

The property was centrally located within Teramachi shopping area and the hotel has two buildings (north and south) so plenty of room. Many activities can be arranged in that area and within walking distance of Nishiki market. Staff seemed unfriendly, short and unhelpful. We travelled through the country and have experienced Japanese hospitality and cleanliness and modern facilities. This place did not make the cut. Their small rooms were equipped with a tv that only has Japanese and Korean tv stations (no western channels or streaming), nor can the tv language can be changed. It was tough with the kids at the end of the night to rest or find a restful place for all of us to relax. Only option was open places but the whole area shuts down around 8pm.

Everything was very pleasant, the rooms are very well maintained and comfortable and cozy. The breakfast was also very good!

Loved how close it was to shops and food. Amazing location The bed was a little too firm but the rooms were great and the hotels location made up for it.

Excellent location. Walk out of the hotel and you’re in the middle of shopping, restaurants, etc. we loved it. Minimal washers/dryers

Good location Room is very small. Staffs are not very friendly. I asked for more pillows because only one pillow is provided for each guest and the pillow was very flat. The staff was irritated by my request and said I can’t ask for so many pillows and he only gave me one. The laundry room is very smalls the dryer doesn’t work very well; I had to do 60 minutes and 80 minutes to dry each load.

Location is very convenient, right in the middle of pedastrian shopping streets. Like many other places in Japan, the staff's English is limited in general. But they manage to use Google translate to communicate well

Location......breakfasat, for sure....staff service....appreciated the proximity of the room and the elevator in our room assignment...and the access to a wheelchair. My wife complained about the hard beds. ..... couch was too low to be comfortable...same goes for the toilet....would have appreciated a handicap bar in the toilet.... the hours of wheelchair availability were ridiculous, essentially denying accessibility to nightlife for the handicapped guest. The return time was 6 pm
