Easy self check-in procedure, convenient location, well equipped room (stove and microwave), good ac system. Thin walls, could hear other guests snoring and coughing during the night. Cramped bathroom. Saw staff at desk only once during 4-night stay.

The room was spacious and clean, providing all the facilities such as towels (can even take extra), toothbrush etc. NA

Clean, easy checking and checkout. 8 minute walk to subway line. Lawson and 7-11 a short distance away. Nice staff. Thin walls between units allowed noise between units. For us a busy child banging around affected our sleep. Take ear plugs as a precaution.

Really fantastic location. Lots of shops and cafes nearby. Close to restaurants and subway line. Friendly staff. More rundown than it appears. Very uncomfortable beds. No lamps or bedside tables in one of the rooms and just one in the other (two twin rooms). I was happy because of the location but was definitely disappointed in the actual room

Great space. Comfortable. Clean. Great location. We thought the building would be staffed more often. We only saw someone at the desk twice during our stay. But we didn’t really need anyone. And they were responsive to messages through Booking.com.

The location was great, and u liked the face we had a kitchen and a dining table. The beds were some of the most uncomfortable I ever encountered in Japanese hotels. Also, they say you can take more towels freely during the stay from a shelf in the entrance but half of the time there weren’t enough towels there for all 3 of us.

Easy to checkin, big room with laundry machine. The kitchen was also good as well as the bathroom. Big window, although with no views, and no noise from outside. The facilities are very clean and the staff is very kind and helpful. Great location. The duvet of the bed, it was very small for two people.
