Amazing hotel very close to Kyoto station but in a quiet part of the city. Best free cosmetics, big windows and good room size for Japan. Free drinks in the lobby with possibility to take it to go. Coin laundry insufficient. Big queue. Luckily there’s a private laundromat just 50m from the hotel.

Nice buffet breakfast with an interesting menu and choices. Hotel is at a good location in close proximity to shopping malls, train station, eateries, Kyoto Tower, airport transfer, etc. Easy travel to places of interest and for sightseeing.

Very convenient to many places. So clean and staff was very kind. Breakfast was exceptional, but be hungry! Would be nice to have a dresser for clothes, so we can put away suitcases.

The hotel was in a great location next to Kyoto Station and made it easy to go anywhere we wanted: Kyoto, Osaka, Hiroshima, Nara, etc. It is a clean and nice hotel with a great staff. Room was nice. The beds were rather hard. If you don't like firm/hard beds you will need to pick another or do what I did. Had them give us 2 extra duvet's and just make that my mattress pad.

Some of the breakfast items were very good. The selection was better than average and the sliced steak/roast beef was wonderful. The choices of Japanese/Western food were very nice, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast: The Western options (potatoes, eggs, bacon, etc) were under lamps but always cold. This is not ok for taste or food safety. Having hot items would be much more appetizing. The Room was smaller than other newer hotels in Japan. It was too tight for a couple but ok for a single person. The laundry room was great to have, but there were not enough machines for the hotel's size. There was usually a line to use the machines, and a wait of 1+ hour was not unusual.

This is one of my favorite hotel, very closed to the subway station,excellent staff service, hotel room very comfortable, they give a lot of free stuff like lotion & other beauty stuff for men & women. They give unlimited coffee,tea & my favorite matcha latte. I did not like the breakfast Buffett

A plus for this hotel is the room with the self-served coffee and tea. I especially loved the matcha latte! The breakfast selection was very good, with Japanese and western foods. The dining rooms were well kept up, with wait help clearing dishes all the time. The location close to the limousine bus terminal and to the train station was my major reason for selecting this hotel. We had a twin room, so it was small for two people with 2 26" bags and only one luggage rack. If available upon reservation, I would have reserved a bigger room.

Great location to Kyoto Station. Rooms were modern and a reasonable size. I liked the shower/bathroom as a intergated as a wet room. I had very little interaction with the staff, which felt impersonal.
