The breakfast provided choice and were good portions to start the day. The wifi was great. The staff were friendly. The room was small but this was expected and noted in the listing. The bed is standard to Asian experience

I love everything about this hotel. The bed is so comfy. The staff are so nice. Its location might not be a prime considering quite a walk from old town area, but it is worth every penny I paid.

It is a modern hotel with excellent soundproofing. We did not hear our neighbors although the hotel was busy. The room was small but well designed so the 3 of us were comfortable in our triple room. The room was spotless. Our stay was an excellent value. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. You could choose between several set meals. The location was great, just a few more bites from the subway station. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. Nothing

Staff members are very friendly and polite! They also let us leave our luggage at the property after we checked out, very comfortable stay It’s a little bit of a walk to the Main Street if you have things to carry but overall, it’s all good!

The best thing about this property is the excellence staff. Every interaction was a joy we were greeted every day with a smile and a hello, and we truly enjoyed our experience there. Rooms are on the smaller side, but it’s Japan so I can’t complain about that

Property is great and clean. hospitality is decent! Staffs are helpful. The location is far from all the action, it was unexpectedly far from the restaurant and shopping areas. Public transport, shopping, and food requires a lot of walk from the hotel.

It was by multiple bus and train stations. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and also did activities in the lobby from time to time that you could join in on. The bed was a bit on the firm side but that wasn’t a big deal.

Location, excellent size room for Japan, modern simple style, provided breakfast and dinner, had a small bar and unusual bean bag lounging area, best if all really good staff, friendly , knowledgeable, nearly all spoke very good English. I highly recommend Only one thing, the coffee machine, ?very slow, i predict will be replaced some time un the future, not really fit fir purpose.
