Entrance is kind of hidden.

Loved the location, very quiet, loved how the toilet, shower and sink were all separate. Very good sized room, the patio was beautiful, but too cold to enjoy. Great to have filtered water in the lobby with toiletries available. Great slippers & pajamas. nothing

I loved how it isn’t in such a busy area. Rooms were spacious and clean N/a

Good price for a 3 person hotel room. The room was large compared to other hotels in Japan. Staff provided towels, tea, and coffee daily. Location is relatively convenient for Kyoto landmarks. Would stay again and would recommend to others. No major issues, room is not cleaned daily but new towels are provided daily so it is fine.

Location is ok. Like the room size and cleanliness. Convenience store nearby is a plus. You can get a lot of amenities from the front desk. Parking could be challenging. No proper place to unload and load luggage.

The room's light is so dim, also the light color is yellow. It is strange for a hotel room to be that way. The mirror of bathroom and powder room also keeps being fogged after using hot water, so we can not see our reflection at all, i already tried to clean it but still got to wait a long while until we can see our reflection, around 1 hour maybe. (Be minded that other apartment and ryokan i tried does not make the mirror fogged).

Hotel location quite far from train station. those who got big luggage unable to take bus, can only walk to the hotel.

Perfect design and comfort, great location, nice staff The windows weren't transparent and couldn't be opened. So no fresh air opportunity...

The rooms were a comfortable size as were the beds. Clean and always provided fresh towels, water, etc.

Very spacious room, the photos they put are not camera lens trick - they are as big as you can hardly get in Japan (unless the 5 stars ones). Also spacious bathroom and double basin, very rare. Very new & clean. Big cabinets so we can put our stuff. When we were checking out, it was raining. The staff went to the street to hail a taxi for us, very kind and helpful (they couldn’t get through the phone of taxi companies as all were fully booked). Taxi driver from and to Kyoto Station didn’t have any difficulties in finding the hotel. We liked the neighborhood, felt like we were amongst the locals. 450m down the road, there’s a small local bakery which has good stuff: find it on your map application: Kana Kiyo. Nothing major, but thought to share with others: - no laundry machine, so we need to plan on when to do the washing during long trip - Location: while it’s only 1.2km away from Kyoto Central (around 8-10 mins on slow walk), we find the closest a bus stop & train station were not connected to major stations - like Kyoto Station. Hence needs different connections to go to different places.

I enjoyed the large size rooms and the fact that they were able to accommodate a third guest for a few days. Facilities were very nice and new! Location was good, lots of bus lines. Only downside is that Uber and taxis like to drop you off around the corner.
