Locations, staffs, facilities Even though I’m staying for 9 days, there is no cleaning service. They don’t refill the tissues unless I ask the staff, but they do replace the towels every day.

Couldn't have asked for a better location Rooms are the standard (which is on the small side, but it's what is to be expected in Japan and doesn't really present any issues)

Great location. Breakfast is affordable and good. We were not given the right number of key cards and then made us feel like we lost the missing key card. The rooms were very tight.

Location, location The bed was so hard and uncomfortable. Although the hotel rooms in Japan are small , this room was just that bit too small. Luckily we didn’t have to spend to much time in the room as we were out exploring.
