Great location with good breakfast and also have free dinner included. Onsen was very nice and facilities were great. Location is also great with easy access to public transport

The breakfast was great. The bed was great. There was a street market close by that was really cool. We didn't stay long enough to find anything we didn't like. We only stayed one night.

Location was good and staff was helpful. Breakfast was served in the mornings and dinner in the evening. Even though I didn’t attend it was nice to know I had the option. For “ safety reasons “ i was unable to open the windows in my room. I found this rather puzzling because not only was my window in the bathroom ( my actual room had not a single window ) I wasn’t able to open that bathroom window. So all the time I was there I was unable to have a view of outside nor breathe properly fresh air - only AC air. The TVs only showed Japanese channels and had no option to cast from your phone so bit useless for me as an English person on holiday. Beds were on wheels which felt a bit stingy.

Everything was amazing

Location, clean, very good communication
-
Nothing The rooms were very small for 4 people with only two individual beds. The room had no proper ventilation with the windows not being able to be opened. There was only one lift for the whole building and the staff didn’t speak English or made much effort to try it.

Friendly staff, comfortable, clean, and convenient location!

Close to busstops and a subway station. Fair amount of restaurants and convince stores around. The shopping street next to the hotel is also very nice. The room itself was rather small, I had a double room to myself and was forced to use the second unused bed for my suitcase. The bathroom on the other side were quite spacious for japanese standards. The room was clean, except for some less easy reachable areas (mainly under the desk where a fair amount of dust accumulated). The staff was friendly and helpful. Plus is that the beds are quite comfy compared to the ones I had in previous Japanese hotels.

The staff and how clean it was. The morning breakfast didn't have a lot of good options. It must be because it was cheap at 500 yen but it would be better having some more options like fruits, and other things. Even if it would cost more.

Location was good Extremely small rooms, not suitable for families or even couples. We didn’t have space to even open our suitcases.. lol It’s advertised as twin beds on Booking dot com but actually it’s single beds. When confronted the hotel staff had nothing to say. No phones available

The location was good, on a main road with bus access to most tourist destinations, and walking distance to Nijo Castle and downtown shopping. The beds are very small. We had to push them together to accommodate two adults and a small child. The public bath does not permit guests with tattoos, so consider that if planning on booking here.

Good location Check in 3pm Couldn't check in earlier

Great shower, toilet and bathroom A hot water area to bath in A lot of free toiletries Very nice and forthcoming staff Can walk to the castle, restaurants nearby Hotwaters and reception close after midnight At least when I went , it was quite expensive for what it was

The staff were fantastic. Friendly, approachable and readily available. The facilities on offer were good. There is a coin laundry on the ground floor, next to the public baths and vending machines. The location of the hotel was convenient - multiple konbini, a shopping street, bus stop and even some attractions are nearby and in walking distance. The bed was okay but not particularly comfortable. When placing the “do not disturb” cleaning sign, I couldn’t find anywhere to throw out my room trash bags, so eventually these accumulated and took up space in the somewhat small room. After I used the “clean me please” side the cleaners did the room but did not take those trash bags. Not a big deal, I expect they just thought they may have been personal shopping bags or something.
