No blackout curtain, it was very bright at 5:00 a.m

The location is great and our room was very spacious for 3 people. I don’t like that you can practically see people on the toilet in the bathroom and the bathroom is a little small. Also don’t do your laundry there they only have two washer and dryers and they don’t dry.

It was a bit small, the hall had a fishy smell, but the roms smelled okay so i didnt feel it was a big deal.

Location, laundry room. This hotel was okay, but not our favorite. All staff speak english. They had a restaurant that served breakfast. We ordered two rooms and specifically requested non-smoking rooms and closer to each other. When we arrived and went to our rooms, we couldn’t even stay at the room due to the smell of cigars. The staff were very nice to find another room for us. The breakfast was not like we saw on the photos.

I enjoyed the ease of access and the friendliness of the staff There had been an issue with the toilet in our room, but it was quickly fixed by the staff

if you want to wash your clothes. you have to find the right time to go. thankfully i came right when someone was finished, but there is only 2 washers. so you might end up waiting a while.

The bed was a little hard and our room was facing the street, so during the night we could hear all the noise from outside.

The location was the only nice thing about the place. The staff was horrible. They refused to help me resolve a booking issue even when they could. Condescending and cold attitude overall. Horrible behavior.

Great location Tiny rooms. Limited vegetarian options in breakfast. One of the days there was a whole tour bus staying there which led to long lines at breakfast.

Amazing value, very clean, large rooms and the best location in Kyoto. Way better than Travelodges in the states. Only two laundry machines

Very accommodating staff with great English skills, I felt very well taken care of. The lobby and entrance are pretty, and the building is overall quite clean. The room size was a little small but that's to be expected.
