The location is relatively close to the bus stop, but a 12 to 15-minute walk away from the Kyoto Station.

The dryer is not functional, our clothes cannot dry completely after 1.5 hrs.

I think the location is quite nice, the buses are closer and accessible but the kyoto station is a bit far for luggage. Plus there are accessible restaurants and shops nearby the station if I needed grab something. I think just how far it is from the station(like 15 min walk), mostly all flat though and smooth pavement.

The staff was very helpful and quick when we wanted to ship baggages to our next location. The location is close to the bus stations, 7eleven and 15 minutes away from the main train station, easy for day trips.

Smaller hotel but it felt cozy and safe. Very clean and pleasant staff. Laundry room handy. Great location close to the station. We were on the bottom floor and we could not see out our window. It was heavily “frosted/tinted” After a while get too closed in.

Love how clean and premium feel the hotel gives, our room was quite huge so I was happy with it and love how the toilet and shower separated and kept clean. The toilet feels modern and easy to use with ample space. The distance is also quite okay from the station and walkable to the nearest donki and also yodabashi so that Is a plus and walkable to the station as well. Maybe in the future they can also provide like shuttle to the train station as we would need to drag our bags for our departure day. The pillows.. they were super thin and not much cotton inside and the moment we lie our head on it, it turns flat. Maybe they should get plumpier pillows instead and the bed was quite on the firm side too. The key that we need to operate downstairs can be a little troublesome as we would need to twist the key to access the sliding door, maybe an access card would do? And the wifi, they are quite slow. Good reception but speed was questionable. The vending machine would be better if they can accept cards too.

The room was big enough for two persons. The walk to the train station was about 10-15 minutes. There are many shops nearby. The room was well equipped, with free coffee and tea. There are many electric sockets. A good bath room. The staff was very friendly. We liked this hotel! All TV channels were in Japan language only. It would be nice to have a few TV programs in English or other European languages.

Friendly staff, decent room size, modern bathroom. The room smells musty. Some areas of the room wasn’t cleaned, too much humidity, it needs ventilation.

Very spacious room for Japanese standards in this price category. There is also a coffee machine in the room with available capsules. Kettle also in the room and extra amenities available at the reception, including tea, etc.The location is amazing, a few minutes from the main train station and yet a very quiet and calm area. A huge shopping mall AEON is also nearby where one can buy a lot of stuff for dinner. The beds were comfortable. Washlet with heating. Washing machine and dryer available at the reception. The hotel also looks stylish from the outside. Very nice stay! Nothing. Great value for the price.

Really loved everything about this hotel and their amenities! It was really clean and spacious and staff was friendly, present and helped with luggage forwarding to our hotel in Tokyo! The bathroom was so nice and I definitely found myself missing the space and bathroom when I went to my Tokyo hotel. The only con was that it was at least a 10-15 minute walk to the train/bus but that was only a problem since I visited in the summer and it was soo hot — if it was any other season, it would’ve been okay!

We had a practical sized room, comfortable, clean; staff was friendly and helpful; location was in the section of Kyoto we have stayed before and prefer. The hotel is quiet, in a quiet residential district, on a city block within easy walking distance of multiple mini-markets (mostly to the west,) a buffet restaurant to the west, a yakitori restaurant to the northeast, a chiropractor facility able to adjust my wife about a fifteen minute walk directly south, and the Aeon Mall to the southeast. Okay, the tub is a bit snug for a bigger body. Also, would suggest mounting the TV on the wall at the foot of the bed rather than one side of the bed. But these were really minor issues. Generally speaking, a great place to stay!

Quiet, clean, helpful staff. Rooms very small. Might be a-bit too far from shops and train station. No food service or restaurants close by.
