Across the street from the train station to 5 Terre. Much cheaper than staying in one of the villages. Very basic. Not bad, but definitely not luxury.
-
Super convenient location. Quiet.
-
Breakfast was not included and we had a small breakfast to a bar nearby Little outdated room but it worked perfectly for our needs; it was super central and the staff very kind and professional

Two minutes walking to the train station, what you need to explore the towns around. AC not working properly room extremely hot, Elevator out of order. No free parking available (under reparations), super tight shower. Breakfast was awful.

The location is perfect for me as it's very close to the central train station. It's good for people with plans to travel with trains. The breakfast buffet is pretty good with the local standard. My room is big enough for a solo traveler. It's clean and has everything I need. nothing

It was very close to everything ! Compact, and the staff were very kind. It was run down, ugly interior, but sufficed for what I needed. Extremely small. The shower you had to turn sideways to get in and I’m not a big person. Also, when I awoke in the middle of the night the bathroom floor had hundreds of little tiny bugs on it. I’m unsure if that’s normal but it freaked me out!

Excellent staff, comfortable and quiet room and affordable. 5 minute walk to the train station

Literally next to the train station. Mostly unfriendly staff. The cleaning staff were nice. I was given a room that was impossible to sleep in due to street noise. When I complained the next morning, after being awake most of the night, I got a much better room. On the second night a man and a woman were screaming at each other and nothing was done about it!

I loved all the little tea rooms with tea and cookies and books to read in the hallways. Even in the stairs. Breakfast was very nice. Spacious room. I loved that I could make tea in my room. Staff were very nice. I wish my stay would have been longer. No complaints here.

Well located if you want something more affordable when visiting Cinque Terre. Right next to the train station terminal. Location in La Spezia is really good since the main streets are within walking range. Very tiny room. Much smaller than I thought
-
Just across the street from the train station, which was great for getting to Cinque Terre. Hotel is in a bustling part of this vibrant port city and the main piazza of the city was just a ten minute walk. Loved it!

Exceptionally convenient when you are coming La Spezia by train, especially late in the evening. Hotel is literally across the street from the tunnel from the train platforms. Friendly staff, easy communication (English), and simple check-in. Short walk to town and shopping area with good restaurants. We chose the location for convenience, not for luxury. Room was clean and practical, even if nothing fancy. Basic & functional - for a good price. We liked it and good fit for what we needed.
-
Directly across from the lift outside the train station. Ideal location. 5 minute walk to the restaurants. 25 minute walk to the wharf. Clean and has an elevator. Staff were great. The block seems a bit low class but never felt unsafe.
-
The facilities are clean and comfort. The hotel is a bit old-fashioned but very well maintained. The hotel owners and staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great if you travel by train as it is located opposite to La Spezia train station. Elevator from train station is available and just walk across the street to the hotel. No.

Very helpful front desk personnel and wonderful breakfast. No complaints.
-
Comfortable room, very close to the train station and a few grocery stores Nothing

They have a very comfortable lounge area. The room was very small and the bedspread needs updating.
-
Great staff. Very accommodating and helpful. Place was neat and organized.

The location was great, right across from the train station and a great walk to the market place. It was old and had a musty smell. The shower in our room was a slow drain so the basin would fill up and spill outside the shower.
