I booked two rooms and had stayed here two years ago. Their front desk and lobby had been upgraded and was much nicer but... They only had one of the rooms ready, so I waited until after 4pm to get into my room. They'd changed the air conditioning systems since our last stay, and they were NOT as good. They had a timer and would shut off or reset on their own. (helpful for their bills, I'm sure) We went out for the evening and when we got back to the rooms it had reset to 'heat' and it was very hot outside so the room was not pleasant. I had to get up twice to reset it so a restless night. Very unfortunately the air conditioner in the other room just stopped working completely. The front desk was called, they couldn't change rooms because they were completely sold out so they sent up a tower fan and windows had to be opened. If I'd booked directly with them, I would've demanded a refund for that room. The price was good for the area, but I won't be staying there again.

Mini fridge was dirty, the mini bottle of conditioner they provide was used (half full and looked like it was squeezed in the middle). I don’t think they look at small details like that. The property was beautiful but some aspects could use upgrades. Breakfast was basic: eggs, sausage, cereal, toast, muffin, coffee, juice. They also had oatmeal packets and yogurt. The area was busy in a small area. When a lot of people are trying to make breakfast it feels cramped, so I just quickly grabbed some cereal and coffee. I called when I got there because my air conditioner was not turning on. Called the front desk and maintenance came very fast. Not Amazing and not a bad place to stay either. I definitely want to highlight the minor details like cleaning the fridge and checking to make sure the bottles of shampoo and conditioner are not used.

Also the rooms generally have a musty smell which could be from the cleaning solution and / or again the carpets. We also noticed that regular dusting is not a thing as there's lots of dust underneath the clock radio, etc. Yes it's a good value for everything that's here but again this place needs some significant updates and I can't believe that in 2026 we still have carpets in hotels when everyone knows that they hold dirt and allergens!

Limited selection for the continental breakfast carpets were dirty are refrigerator and chair needed to be replaced. Half the closet would not open. And the front desk staff seemed like we were putting them out every time we asked for something that’s about it.

Locations are good but bed was too soft and made a lot of noise whenever I moved. The room was also quite noisy, which made it difficult to sleep. Little disappointed.
