Arrowhead Lake Inn

We had a clean room. Jennifer was very helpful and provided us with breakfast and snacks.

The property was quaint.The staff was very nice , delicious breakfast

The bathroom shower could not produce hot water, we had to take cold showers. The knob that turns too select weather water needs to be replaced. A plumber needs to be called in, out is not just the knob, something is setting with the mechanism

On the plus side, the Inn is in a perfect location to the village.

They made excellent parking accommodations for my truck and trailer!

We had a fun time during our stay albeit a short one. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly, location is great as it is along the highway and walkable across the road to Lake Arrowhead Village.

The property itself is in a fantastic location. It’s within walking distance of Lake Arrowhead Village, which made it easy to explore shops, restaurants, and the lakefront. You can even see the lake directly from the inn, which adds such a peaceful, scenic touch to the stay. Another nice perk is the self‑service continental breakfast, which was convenient and a great way to start the morning before heading out. Overall, Lake Arrowhead Inn is charming, comfortable, and perfectly situated. We loved our time there and would happily return.

The room was extremely tight. My major issue was the A/C unit. It was extremely loud to the point where we could not sleep from the noise and we could not turn it off because the room was getting extremely hot. As much I liked the location of the hotel I could not weight to leave. Also the front desk was always locked. And inaccessible. I think the hotel management should ask the village to put some street crossing warnings. Trying to walk to the town from the hotel is Dangerous!!! There are road curves with out any visibility this is an issue with older people. Same was true while backing up the car from the parking lot. It was like hit or miss there is absolutely no way to see if cars are coming from the left side of the hotel. I think it was very dangerous.

The breakfast, beverages & snacks were satisfying and available 24/7. That was a nice amenity. We would return, but maybe during a cooler season.

Office was open when we arrived but had to wait about an hour before anyone showed up . Don’t count on breakfast, did have small balcony

Great choice for a weekend up at Lake Arrowhead.

Cute place but definitely needs more help. There was only one person trying to clean rooms and handle front desk. So u know that’s impossible. I don’t think I need to say more. The girl was doing her best but was overwhelmed for sure.

Portable AC unit is too loud, bed was not very comfortable for me. And the front door doesn’t lock if you push the door it will open. I will not stay here again.

No staff on site. They give you a three-hour window to check in, if you don't make it by 5pm, you better hope to run into someone else who has already checked in to give you some instructions. We tried calling the number and the girl on the other end seemed to ignore us. We waited 30 minutes trying to get ahold of someone. But thankfully, there was another guest who was there that had already checked-in and told us how we could get into our room. They could have e-mailed us directions or told us that if we are running late, there would be no one there to check us in. But no instructions. And it wasn't just us. There were three different groups there trying to check in without having anyone in the office or on site to help. We all waited 30 minutes trying to get our room. The hotel itself was clean and cozy, but the service was nonexistent.

Area of improvement are, better maintenance and breakfast. Staff were so helpful and friendly and rooms were very clean.

Perfect except a few things didn’t work. I’d stay there again.

Esta en un lugar tranquilo todo muy funcional y a unos pasos de la villa del lago. A pesar de que Jennifer estaba muy ocupada nos dio la confianza de poder movernos sin ningún pendiente y sentirnos libres de poder tomar a cualquier del dia (24hrs) de los refrigerios qué había en recepcion.

Cute cozy and close to the village we have stayed here a few times we always love it! Thank you
