Ridiculously priced for the amenities or lack thereof. No cooking facilities whatsoever.

Said had air conditioning anx they did not.

The room was a bit smaller than I had anticipated.

I loved how our studio was completely separate from everyone else. It was like our own cozy cabin with modern amenities. Felt very private. We also loved the proximity to The Village. We walked there!

The property was very peaceful. Summertime is the down season and obviously renovations were taking place. Our cabin was nicely decorated & very clean. The mattress wasn’t very comfortable. Of course, No A/C. The wall heating unit was off but the pilot remained on therefore it was putting out some heat. We wanted to open the only 2 windows but there were no window screens.

You ripped us off we didn’t even stay in your dumpy place simply because your website has a glitch in it. I selected a cabin. The site said there was one more left. I booked a cabin and after you guys took my money $652 my confirmation read that I had just reserved a 10 person dorm, which was not what I had selected. I will never recommend this place to anybody ever. It’s a matter fact I’m going to give you the worst yelp you guys have ever had.

Not as advertised.

The location is very idyllic. The staff member we spoke to was able to address our concerns fairly quickly and we were ultimately moved to a better cabin. We were told two days before our arrival that the pool was out of action due to filter issues that wouldn't be fixed in time. On arrival- and from looking at other reviews- the pool has been in disrepair for a while and this property should not be marketed as having a pool available. In general the place felt like it was midway through a renovation with some things being brand new but not installed and other things being midway through being built or repaired. Our fridge was new but not plugged in and the kitchen outlet did not work. The TV was new but had not been set up so we couldn't use it. The lamp in the room didn't work. Rooms were only fairly clean.

Great location, super close to the town The pools were extremely dirty and unusable. The water was quite literally green, our room did not have a microwave like stated in the description.

This was a wonderful cabin to stay in! It was very clean and every bungalow was spaced out. It had great outdoor seating and very pretty/scenic. Staff was very quick to answer any of my questions. N/a

The maintenance supervisor saved our day when we showed up without a reservation. The Bungalow with the fireplace was lovely but could have used an extra chair and a small stepstool in the bathroom as the sink was amusingly high. The location and privacy we're really magical highly recommend this place

Water heater was not working and no one help us and Diane with that.

there were left over baby shampoos from previous guest and one used face towel.

I’ve stayed at several nearby hotels, and nothing compares to this experience. It truly stands out in every way.

The tv would turn on. Not sure if the remote batteries were dead or if it was a tv problem. And the mattress was a little uncomfortable for us.
