Wonderfull experience stay at the hotel

The 1 bedroom had new floorings, proper furniture and bedding and it was clean. The location of course is great as it is super close to the Village. The 1 bedroom had plenty of space and seating. I did like the large patio with outdoor chairs and table. Our friends stayed in the regular size room. There was no lighting over the sink, the room had a smell of some sort, the one chair had alot of cat starches on it. Oh and the walls are super thin. The neighbors were having a very loud and intense evening of activities and it felt like we were in there room. The parking needs to be more organized. We almost didn't have a space when we got back from dinner.

The gentleman who checked us in was very helpful in relocating us to a room that was more suitable.

The best part about this place is the location and affordability the room itself was old, dirty and smelled no trash can, paper towels or remote control in the room. the sofa bed was very uncomfortable too! I would NOT stay here again!

It was in a nice area Room needed some repairs so we switched rooms. A little outdated. Room service skipped our room even though we left sign up. Toilet was loose and first room had wobbly chairs and TV was not connected. Some lights did not work and pool needed some chemicals it seemed.

Where do I even begin? We reserved the anniversary suit. When we first arrived I notice right away how old everything is which isn't so bad because it gave it a little rustic look. As I entered the room it was burning up so I immediately turned on the Little window A/C unit and ceiling fan which I will say cooled everything rather quickly. I wanted to darken the room and have privacy but one of the sets of blinds were broken and did not drop down and another set in the kitchen wouldn't close and was missing a strip. In the kitchen was a fridge, microwave, sink, and stove along with the hot tub yes you heard me right, across from the stove was the spa tub you can cook and bathe at the same time. The bathroom had a hole above the shower knob which was patch with medical badge, yep dark green badge they wrap around your arm after a blood draw and there was no available towels. Up until this point I figured it's fine we'll make due we're not staying long it's just a place to rest or heads but as we went to leave our room the door would not open we had to call the front desk to come let us out. He said you have to turn and lift but when he went to show us he got stuck in our room for a minute before getting the door opened. Needless to say I do not recommend this place and will not come back.

Young man who greeted us was very polite and helpful, but not always available. Overall property needs updating and maintenance; the pool was not clean and filled with debris, furniture was dusty. AC in one room did not work. But still a basic place to stay overnight.

Their mirror was not cleaned OR cleaned with wrong product bc you couldn’t see reflection from it. Thankfully I had windex wipes in n my car. Other than that, very comfortable beds soft towels and a really pretty huge fireplace with friendly staff and the location to town is outstanding, walkable! Great value. Loved the old fashioned key!

The room was mostly clean and orderly, the beds were clean (which to me is the most important thing), but the floors left our bare feet black and there was trash from previous guests in the shower. For me the biggest issue was the lack of maintenance. The shower handle literally came off in my hand and it was almost impossible for me to get a decent temperature setting. The blinds in the room were destroyed and broken. I was honestly shocked at the condition of them. I booked this property specifically because I wanted an outdoor seating area, which it did have, but it was so filthy that there was really no point in sitting out there, especially because broken down appliances were left there to rust and there was an employee smoking beneath us. A power wash, a leaf blower, and junk haul would go a long way in improving the guest experience. Overall it was fine for 2 nights and if none of the above really bothers you then it’s a good enough bargain, but I would rather stay somewhere in better condition next time I visit Lake Arrowhead.

The hotel itself is older but cleanliness is an issue. There was hair in bathroom sink, shower, and tub. The bed smelled clean and no stains or hair. You get what you pay for and it’s a decent place to stay for 1 night. Has beautiful wooden swing if you go towards back of property. Must see!
