It was our first time staying here to attend the Brewfest tasting event at the village. Hotel is close (walking distance) to the village and a 7-11 right next to it. Great for late night munchies. There was a slight incline going back to the hotel from the village but not difficult and can rest along the way. Upon arrival, lots of parking and Heather welcomed us. We got there early and just wanted to check and make sure we could park at the hotel while we headed to the village for lunch before checking in. Heather offered to check to see if we could check in early and surprisingly, our room was ready. She was very professional, friendly, and wonderful. She explained everything thoroughly with added suggestions. The room was clean and spacious. Our room had stairs leading up to it from the front door so actual room was upstairs. Refrigerator is good size and in-wall AC unit worked well. It was a hot weekend so it kept us very comfortable. Windows do open if you prefer to let fresh air in. Large jet tub was nice but we didn't use it this time. The only thing I was looking for but not available was a full size mirror, but I made do, all good. They have a restaurant onsite which is delicious. They have some unique dishes. $$$ but worth it! We will definitely be back to stay/eat in the future. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Heather at the reception is such a sweet and amiable staff. We are impressed by the cleanliness of the property. There’s plenty of parking spots.

Nice and clean. Staff very friendly.

The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. Unfortunately, the room was not very comfortable. There was a very small table and two chairs, but the table was used by the microwave. We had to sit on the bed, which was not very comfortable.

Quick overnight stay, lots of charm and very close to the lake. Bar and restaurant were great, staff were nice and helpful. Plan on a longer trip next time around!

This cozy little hide away was a pleasant surprise. They are individual cabins so if you love your privacy this will allow that but at the same time don't expect hotel like accommodations. The massive jacuzzi tub and jets were awesome. Convenient parking next to each cabin, windows to enjoy the forest air, and individual patio setups to take in a night cap. The fridge was not on at first, but we were able to get it going and the beds are a little old school with squeaks. I would definitely stay again with the super accommodating and friendly staff and AMAZING restaurant. I highly recommend the short rib Ravioli which was to die for. They are also walking distance from the lake and village if you care for a small adventure.

It was a cute cabin like unit. There were a few ants but we got rid of them and we are in the mountains lol so it was fine. Unit was cute but a little outdated. Had an issue first day with water heater and staff fixed the issue immediately. Heather was amazing. Will be staying here again. I stayed with my 4 year old Tuesday to Friday. Close to the village and Lake Arrowhead resort and spa. Overall it was a great location and parking was easy. Enjoyed our time.

Great place to visit and stay the jacuzzi tub didn’t work and our cottage door was hard to open and the lock wasn’t working properly. It was very noisy till 1:30am with locals blasting the radio of there cars. I will try the place out again as the staff was very friendly and kind.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Karen at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming. This hotel is interesting and full of character. All of the rooms have western names. We had the Buffalo Bill room and it was so fun. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel added a $30 dollar 'Resort Fee' which was not disclosed when I originally booked the room. Also, there was no ice dispenser, you had to go the the kitchen and ask for a bucket of ice. The restaurant on site was good but way overpriced compared to most of the local eateries.

Very nice people and the room was fine.

Each room is in its own separate unit, spaced apart from the others. Every unit has its own private entrance, which gave it a very secluded and peaceful feel. There’s also a small porch in front of each entrance, and being surrounded by the forest made it feel like staying in a cozy cabin. I really loved the privacy and atmosphere. It’s also in a great location right in front of Lake Arrowhead Village, which was very convenient. On Saturdays, they also offer a simple complimentary breakfast. The pet fee is $25

Karen at the front desk was absolutely amazing and helpful. We were just passing by and needed a place to crash but ended up staying two nights because we loved the hotel and found arrowhead to be a fun little town. Also dog friendly which was very helpful! Great place! Highly recommend!

It was adequate, as we were visiting our son who was at a retreat at the UCLA Lodge minutes down the road. We felt the bathroom upstairs was a bit dangerous because it is right next to a stairwell. We also felt the stairs could use some treads on them. The main area when you walk in could use a rug and the mini fridge was super loud for some reason. But the price was right, and the staff seemed nice. There was no telephone in the bedroom to call the staff if you needed anything. Honestly, we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room, so it was fine.
