After staying at a few hotels in the Lancaster area, this is where we will stay from now on while our daughter attends college here. The rates are reasonable, everything is very clean, and the decor gives the hotel a comfortable, at-home feel that you just don’t get from a standard chain hotel. It’s close to several parks, surrounded by farmland, and just a short drive from downtown Lancaster. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

Water was not hot enough to our liking

It’s decorated from floor to ceiling with stuff like a flower shop. All rooms are decorated different and some have fireplaces. They provide things like shampoo and conditioner. The guy at the desk let us check in early as we fell asleep in the lobby. Overnight flight.

I would recommend this property. The room was very clean, and smelled good. They have dehumidifiers in the rooms which helps with the humidity. They will freshen up your room everyday if you choose.

Clean

The bed sheet felt clamy. Must have to do with the moisture. The toilet flush handle was chipped of some of it's porcelain. And bathroom ceiling tile was stained from a previous water flooding. I was told that the Soda vending machine had no soda and that it had none for the past two weeks. So you have to cross a traffic road which had no sidewalk to go to Sheetz to get the closest food and drink. Being a non-car person, it was too isolated. And Ubers were too expensive, over $25 to go anywhere. The TV remote did not work well and the TV itself was cracked. So they made the TV viewable area smaller. The staff was helpful and pleasant to talk too. Next time in the area I will get something inside Lancaster, PA proper, downtown. It would cost more but I would be able to walk to nearby stores and eateries.

Nice hotel in a big house setting. Cute decorations. Very homey. No breakfast but there are microwaves in the hall to heat up food.

Great hotel!! Very quiet and located near all the best places to visit in Lancaster County. Wonderful country charm throughout the property. My only complaint is the mattress was uncomfortable Very hard. Overall it was a great stay.

The property was absolutely gorgeous. The staff was very, very friendly. It was centrally located to the event that I had to go to. I really enjoyed my stay. I am a frequent visitor to Lancaster. They are going on my list as my number one place to stay everything was very clean even when I needed help with the TV, they took care of it right away. The only complaint that I had was there was a spotlight in the back of my room which actually glared through the blinds. I don’t know if they could’ve been turned a different direction or what but very nice property very nice hotel.

Staff was very friendly and courteous, the room was very clean and plenty of parking. There is tons of shopping and places to eat in the area with beautiful farmland scenery. This motel is family owned and these are the new owners. The motel is very nice but, some areas could use a little updating and paint. Overall, I recommend this place.

I want to give a special shout out to Hedi who was very kind, she not only maned the front desk but also did the house keeping. accommodating and helpful. She made me feel welcome. Her pleasant warm smile made all the difference for me. I was a little surprised that breakfast wasn't available just coffee. At any rate that by no means wasn't a deal breaker. Will definitely refer this place going forward. Oh yes centrally located as well. Again
