Worst customer service ever. Paid $67 for cooked to order breakfast on reservation. Person at breakfast was extremely rude, brought menu but stated we only had option to order one option for made to order breakfast which included 2 eggs, ham, sausage, toast,cofee and juice. We do not eat ham and sausage due to religious reasons. Told her we wanted to do something else and she said we could not substitute and would have to pay extra than the $67 as that was our only option. Never have been dealt this rudely. Complained to front desk staff who said nothing could be done as manager not on duty on weekend. Requested refund for $67, she could not do it. Left disgusted with their service without eating breakfast. If you say cooked to order breakfast and charge $67, you cannot say you can have just one option for breakfast and nothing else. Contacted Expedia and requested refund, waiting to see what happens. Am Hilton honors member and have stayed at so many Hilton properties before without ever any problem. Worst customer service ever🙁🙁

The room was comfy and clean...and used the laundry...was a great bonus... No breakfast...I paid over 1700 in 2 different stays and breakfast was a pay situation...even offering toast and coffee would be nice...Im diabetic and have to have a little something in the am...coffee was fine...toast would be fine as well...I stayed in a best western on my way home at 130 a night and gir a full breakfast...it is a Hilton after all...

Chose this hotel for the pool and hot tub. At check out we find out the entire area is closed. a relaxing date night before picking up our baby girl from camp didn't turn out like we hoped at all for the price we paid.

Pool and Jacuzzi closed. Restaruant was owned and operated by 3rd Party. Be ready to pay... Try Denny's accros the street. Awesome.

We enjoyed our overnight stay here. The hotel was very clean. The atmosphere was quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. Checkin was quick. The price was very low for a weekend night. Our room was comfortable, stocked and very quiet. The only thing that could have made our stay better was a free breakfast. They do have a restaurant, but breakfast costs anywhere from $12 to $20 per person. Not a big deal, but a free breakfast is always a bonus.

Convenient, & friendly staff person on arrival Advertised restaurant and did not deliver for dinner. Was told owners do not support restaurant when hotel not full. Given holiday weekend they chose not to staff. Pool and hot tub not functional as broke a pipe. Air conditioning in room not efficient. Deferred maintenance evident on property. Ran out of coffee in lobby.
