Clean room and hotel. Quick drive to campus. This hotel and the AC hotel connect and share amenities.

Handicap suite was spacious, clean, and easy to move about. Update on the bathtub was needed. Desk staff friendly and helpful. Granddaughters loved the heated, very clean pool. Great breakfast.

Friendly staff Nothing everything was great

The pool is never open although it looks perfectly fine. Stayed here three times all months even a year apart, pool has never worked. I will never stay here again, they allow people to leave their dogs in their room, barking at 7 AM with unsupervised children. If you’re staying here cause your kid goes to MSU and pay 20 to 50 more bucks to stay somewhere else totally worth it.

It was close to where I was traveling When I got into my room it smelled so bad like curry obviously the person before me was cooking because the dishes were still in the dishwasher. I went to the front desk asked to switch rooms but they didn't have a comparable room. Went to desk again after we came back from dinner and they said they could put an air purifier in there it never happened. Next morning went back to front desk and they said they would have maintenance call me about putting the air filter thing in there but I would not be allowed in the room for 3 hours. Guess what they never called by this time I was so annoyed I couldn't wait for my trip to be over. There was also a fire on my floor that we needed to evacuate for because another guest was cooking and started a fire. They had giant fans throughout the floor to air it out one being right next to my room you could imagine the loud noise it made when we needed to sleep. Obviously this was not a great experience I had in your hotel and my advice would be don't let people cook in there rooms take all the stoves out. I hope nobody else has this bad of an experience and maybe make sure the staff knows how to handle these situations.

Also breakfast was ok- the quality and variety of the breakfast buffet has been better at other hotels we have visited. The gym was very good.

The staff can do a lot better.

The room was great and the hotel itself was beautiful The breakfast was disappointing. If breakfast is over at 10, the food should not stop being provided at 9:40. There were no eggs, mushy potatoes, and only 4 links of sausage. Perhaps it wasn't the norm, but it should never be the case.

Always out first choice to stay when visiting East Lansing/MSU. Friendly front desk staff and rooms that are always clean. Walking distance to campus and downtown area.

Did not enjoy the same suite we received last time and did not know there were 2 different suites. Not impressed

I appreciated the fact that I could bring my puppy. Everyone was nice, the rooms were spotless & I had hoped for more time to enjoy everything. I will definitely return.
