AC Hotel Lansing University Area

Very clean

Our stay at the AC Hotel was great. The staff was very helpful, room was extremely clean and spacious. I would recommend this establishment to all my friends and family.

Joe at the front desk when we checked in, was very helpful. And our room was very clean and cozy. We had a wonderful stay and slept very well. Nothing. Everything was fine.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past and had no complaints but this time the room wasn’t cleaned well. There was sticky stuff all over the table in between the beds and their was a bunch of toilet paper in the toilet that made it looks like it had been used. Just wasn’t happy that it was dirty

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff was courteous. The pool area and lobby were tranquil. While the staff was pleasant, they did not provide me with comprehensive information during check-in, such as the deposit amount (as I booked through Expedia, this information is not disclosed). They merely advised me to insert my card. I believe they should have reviewed my reservation with me and provided more details about the hotel, including the bar and restaurant areas. I had to inquire about these aspects, and I felt that more information about the hotel’s amenities could have been provided. Additionally, as mentioned earlier, I booked through Expedia, and the room I was assigned should have included a bathtub. When I inquired about the bathtub in the assigned room, the staff confirmed its presence. However, upon arrival, the room did not have a bathtub. When I contacted the hotel, they informed me that there were limited rooms with bathtubs and that they were unable to accommodate my request. Given our exhaustion and desire to rest before attending evening events, we decided not to take further action. Overall, the hotel is pleasant, but the price is not justified for a single night stay.
