Quality Suites Lansing West

This property could use a few upgrades. The couch was worn and dated. Carpet was yucky. I usually stay here on my annual visit w family - but found a discrepancy with my booking and am hoping to be refunded. If not I will book elsewhere next year

Convenient location. Good breakfast. Nice walking trails nearby. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. I frequently stay here as it’s halfway from my home to family in Wisconsin

They had a hot breakfast, but it was nothing like they used to have in the past where he cooked a order what you wanted and there wasn’t a hors d’oeuvre and drink time like it used to be in the past I miss that

The staff was amazing

Quick and easy, check-in, friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, easy parking and your standard continental breakfast. Everything was perfect.

Everything was nice, but the air conditioning in the rooms was a bit noisy.

Everything was fine except the AC and the tv had a weak signal most channels didn't work. Minor adjustments to a good experience.

when we pulled the sofa bed out there was some change, fake eyelashes, and a candy wrapper folded inside it! Manager on duty gave us new sheets but offered no remorse and acted like it was no big deal.

I liked the building, the location and the breakfast. No water pool and the reception clerk was not too friendly at the beginning but later changed a little.

The breakfast was great. The lobby was nice . No pool. Rooms were nice. If you plan on using the pull out sofa you need to go to the front desk for the sheets. Overall, a good hotel.
