Breakfast was nice. The room was comfy and had everything we needed, including soap - this item seems to be missing in many accommodations across Vietnam, that's why I mention it. There is a vegan restaurant on the ground floor. Super close to bus station. If you go on a overnight trek, you can leave you luggage with reception at no cost. If you get the room next to the elevator, the noise wakes you up at night.

The kindest staff ever! they are so friendly & helpful, accommodated for our late night bus even with a last minute booking! We got a room upgrade complementary - the room was big and comfortable, the location is so convenient being next to the bus station. The new vegan restaurant onsite is absolutely outstanding!!

A lovely hotel, nice rooms, excellent service and great location close to the town. I got the room with 1 king bed, which is spacious. The hotel host are friendly, accommodating and very helpful. Very close to Sapa Market which has good foods. Although I only stayed here for 1 day for my trip, I did feel relaxed and energized

Pretty OK hotel, fine for 1-2 nights we stayed 1 night as it was close to the bus station for an early departure Bed was quite hard

close to bus to Ha Giang cheap very humid rooms with mold on the walls, no ventilation because the rooms have no windows not very clean very hard bed

Good location next to our busride to Ha Giang We checked in at 2 pm and came back at 6 pm. We then realized the mold was bad (no windows to open) and askes for another room. They were fully booked so we left. No refund

Great location for bus-users. The stuff was friendly and helpful. The price is good. For a 2 star hotel the experience is good, but you shouldn't expect anything more than that or you will be disappointed. Cheep on shampoo and soap amounts.

The owner is very nice. Even our group request late night check in(02.00am) she and her husband were waiting to welcome us for check in and she help us to find a taxi to new hotel. Nothing
