Limak Lara De Luxe Hotel - All Inclusive

We had a great stay at the hotel. It was very clean, and our room was spacious with a large bathroom and a terrace. We also liked the hotel’s facilities. The room had a safe/locker, which was useful. The pools and slides were amazing, the beach was neat and clean. Overall we had a wonderful time. The toiletries were not refilled automatically during our stay.

Honestly there was nothing attractive in the hotel No plans Very boring the place Even the service was extremely bad the waiters telling us to serve ourselves. The service was very bad And the pool side was very boring and no activities + I asked for two full drinks from the bar inside the hotel and they told me it is not allowed although I have the all inclusive package. I traveled to many resort this is the worst service ever.

Unfortunately, the quality of the food was disappointing for our family. After almost every meal, my wife, our children, and I experienced stomach discomfort. While we cannot say for certain what caused it, it happened consistently enough throughout our stay that we felt it was important to mention. We hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and reviews its food quality and hygiene standards. We truly appreciate the excellent service provided by the staff, but improving the food quality would make the overall guest experience much better.

They let us in before check-in and allowed to go for lunch. The food was good, decent food selection, although nothing too fancy. The pool is alright. Our room was full of cigarette smoke because of our neighbour. The staff claimed there are smoke detectors but... they clearly don't work. If one day this whole hotel burns down because of it, I will not be surprised. Of course, I communicated this issue with the receptionist but he was audacious and just shushed at me. I turned on my Karen mode (not to offend any lovely Karens) and went to the manager. The manager promised they will fix the issue but they didn't. Overall, I think they are just milking tourists and provide an overpriced below-average service. I didn't like this hotel and I will never go here again, and also to Turkey in general. I don't like how they treat tourists. They see tourists as bags full of money and if they hit you hard enough, they will get what they want. I felt like an animal. It's too cold... for such a hot place.

the ambiance, location, facilities, and cleanliness The AC being centrally controlled by the facilities and not by the guest was a let down and impacted my families comfort and mind. This meant that AC was only on at certain times through the day i.e when managment thought it was necessary!

. The food was excellent lots of variety for everyone. Staff are kind and generous. They washed our clothes for free as we were unaware of the prices and were unhappy with them. Sunbeds were always booked before obviously unavailable but that’s excepted at most hotels these days. The pools and variety of pools is good as there’s quite spots and places with a lot of people. Overall service amazing but not sure if I’d visit again as it’s not very close to a lot of places need cabs It was alright Normal they randomly came into our room sometimes to refill the fridge while we were asleep or getting ready Door was broken at 12 am at night when we checked in had to stay awake till about 1 am as the whole door lock had to be replaced. The elevators in this hotel are a pain on the backside there’s too many people and too few lifts to cater to everyone. It takes ages to get into one and get around. Sunbeds were always booked before obviously unavailable but that’s excepted at most hotels these days

- Swimming pools are great - the area of the beach is great - the facility and the room were not clean - flies everywhere and on the food - the sink in the room was closed - room telephone and refrigerator are not working - the second night after cleaning the room, all used cups and glasses were not replaced - AC in the room is very good but within the facility and in the restaurant you will feel the worst ever.

Only ambiance Service was very bad Staff was not cooperative, the restaurant was always full packed.

The location is good the hotel has many facilities and good for families The price is very high and the salads was very bad because our package was all inclusive.

The man in the lobby take from us extra 130 € for a 2 years old baby however this age is free according to their guidelines.
