The hospitality is wonderfull.Yithe location is very close the center /old town and the room was very clean

The room was very sparse, the bed was uncomfortable and the lighting was poor. The lounge area wasn't maintained very well.

Location and staff was great

Although the room had an air conditioner, it was programmed to only come on when temperatures exceeded 24C. So, we opened the windows at night to stay cool. Unfortunately, there are no screens on the windows, allowing mosquitoes to enter. We would rate the property a 10 if we didn’t have that problem.

3 minutes walk from the old town - great location. Free parking on the street nearby, welcoming and helpful staff.

The location is perfect to reach from train station /bus and visit Lecce's old town. The host is really nice and helpful, she provided lot of suggestions regarding "MUST"-s like local food, what to see, which nearby beaches to visit etc. Room is clean and big what i missed: safer door lock would give much more value for the apartment, a coffee machine in the public area, fridge option, lock box

It is in a great location, close to old town, close to market or anything else you'd need to have during your stay. The room was spacious and nice. Facilities were little inconvenient. Shower was small, hot water were not enough for two (even for rather short shower).

The location was good, there was a coin laundry next door. The service was good One pillow, breakfast was a pastry and a coffee at a local cafe. Lack of hot water one shower was the most.

The breakfast was very basic. The WiFi in the room was intermittent.

The property is really close to the historical center - just 3 min walk to the Porta San Biagio. They offer a good breakfast at a nearby cafe - in our case the cafe was Astoria. The host is very patient and helpful with perfect English, which is very rare in Italy ;) Parking is easy - there is a free zone or a free short-stay zone, and paid zones. Overall, a very nice stay - recommended.

Guilia was a fantastic host and conversed with us in English. She gave great advice on parking and activities within Salento region.

Perfect location, few steps from the historic part of the towm. Giulia was so kind to give us directions on what to visit, where to eat and what things we should see during our stay. The room was perfect, the amendities as well. The breakfast at the bar on the corner was great. Giulia send us few street suggestions near the b&b where we can park our car and we didn't have any difficulties finding a aprking lot during our 5 days stay. If we come back to Lecce, this will be our choice of accomodation. I highly recommend this b&b.

Giulia was exceptional with advice and local knowledge

In general, I can say that it was a nice room and location. Since we were only staying with the family, I would have preferred more frequent room cleaning and towel change. Other than that, everything was fine, the breakfast was successful. The location was already very close to the old Lecce. It was an authentic room within walking distance to everywhere. It was an experience for us.
