The location was perfect, right at the entrance of the old city. It also was very clean and definitely worth the price

Location being inside of the historic city center, yet only 8 min walk from secure parking. The terrace is really nice, however newer/better furniture would make it a much more comfortable space to enjoy. Overall, a little update to the furnishings throughout and wall decor would really make this property feel upscale.

It was close to a lot of things in the city center. Cute little BNB overall. Clean and well taken care of. I really enjoyed my stay overall! Wish my unit had a full length mirror! Also wasn’t sure if I could use the refrigerator in the hallway or not or what was all available to use as a guest. That would have been helpful

Our room looked on the street, so the noise can be a bit much when a loud group congregates nearby in the wee hours. In the room itself, the shower head really needs to be fixed or replaced.

looked great in the photos We arrived at 10:30pm in the rain and were not allowed to enter because I didn’t have my physical passport with me. I did have my driver’s licence and clear photos of my passport, which I use regularly at local accommodations without any issue. The receptionist refused entry, insisting it was against the law and that he would be fined. What didn’t make sense is that the check‑in process was fully automatic and required only uploading photos of the passport, including the front cover. When I pointed out this inconsistency, I received a surprisingly aggressive and stinging reply. They initially refused to refund my payment as well; only after further discussion was the refund finally issued. I was upset, wet, and left without anywhere to stay at that hour. The whole experience was unexpected, unprofessional, and absolutely not in line with the warm hospitality I’ve always known in Puglia. I’ve been using Booking and Airbnb for over 20 years and have never experienced anything like this.”

The location of the property is perfectly situated just behind the beautiful Porta San Biagio, in the old town of Lecce. It was easy to find parking nearby, and everything you needed, be it a café, restaurants, historic monuments and city vibe, was just outside the door. A plus is the easy parking facilities around Piazza d'Italia.

I liked the quiet and safe area we were in. Very local area and not touristy at all. I used to live in Rome and so we didn't need to get to any particular attractions during our holiday. Quiet place to relax for small families. Better if you rent out a car at the airport. The person who picked up gave us so many recommendations about the area and the restaurants we are very grateful and lucky to have booked with them. We had a small problem with the key and the guy who replaced the keys went above and beyond to accommodate us and help us in this unfortunate situation! Good and honest people! The only downside is the location as it's a bit far from both the beach and the train station in Ostia Antica. we called uber but we ended up spending so much money at the end because both taxis and Ubers are overprices compared to the European average. We could not avoid it because it was very hot and not very safe for our child to walk in those temps. Better to get a car for the duration of your holiday.

Amazing location, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean, comfortable and added bonus of a rooftop terrace which has great views of the town. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
