Fully renovated, in an old building, extemely clean, no musty smells that old buildings sometimes can't seem to avoid. Nice rooftop terrace for guests to enjoy whenever they want. We did not purchase the optional breakfast since Lecce has so many nice bars to visit for a morning cappucino and pastry, but they serve it up there, which is nice. There is a filtered water dispenser up there in the closed part of the rooftop area that all guests are welcome to use to refill their water bottles (both carbonated and still). There is a secure parking garage 600m away (a short walk), with sidewalks suitable for rolling luggage. The hotel is only a few meters inside the old town, so you won't have to roll your luggage very far on cobblestones. If you come by taxi, you can be dropped off very close (taxis generally are not allowed in the ZTL zone where this hotel is.) We walked all over Lecce Centro Storico easily from this hotel. there is a great restaurant on the first floor (not affiliated), that plays great jazz/swing music, so open your windows to add to the experience of being in Lecce (and the food there was great, too!)

The beds are comfortable, and the staff is fantastic. All the suggested restaurants were incredible.

Fabulous location. Large rooms. Clean. It is near center, so the noise at night travels up. I always travel with earplugs so it did not wake me at all.

Clean, really great staff and management, comfy, warm and beds were really decent. It was nice and pleasantly warm as it rained during our stay (still winter!). We were greeted with smiles and surprised to check in early. Fresh water and coffee available upstairs. Located 10 min walk to covered parking. The bar downstairs was a bit loud after midnight. Everything else top notch!

The location was great except in terms of dealing with the parking and getting access to our vehicle. Rooftop terrace was nice to have. The air conditioning was very poor. I can’t imagine staying during the summer months. This made staying in the room quite uncomfortable It was a bit strange not having any staff at the property during the evenings. However they were very prompt responding to texts.

Perfect! Lovely and clean, modern, nicely decorated but still felt very authentic. Rooftop was lovely for a mid day coffee in the sun, brilliant location to base yourself from and explore.

The location was really close to a couple of good restaurants, and to the city center. The room was airy and nicely equipped, with a large bathroom. It was quiet and checkin was really easy and automated via an app which unlocks the front door on arrival. Nothing - it was great

Clean, comfortable, and well-priced in a prime location. The breakfast is excellent and well worth the price. Communication was polite and efficient and the remote access for afterhours check in is well thought through and easy to use. I would definitely stay again if I'm ever lucky enough to return to Lecce. It's not really something to improve upon, more so something that could be clarifed better. The breakfast must be ordered in advance to avoid food waste (send a message before arrival if getting in late). It's possible I missed it but seems like it could be stated more clearly.

Everything! So convenient to everything we wanted to see and be close to. The room was extremely comfortable, super clean like the rest of the property. In a wonderfully quiet cul de sac. Also loved the restaurants just downstairs, highly recommend both, owned by same local restaurant group. We only had breakfast the last day at the Palazzo Tolomei, but regretted that because it was superb! The terrace where breakfast was served was gorgeous. All the staff we encountered were outstanding, most of all Barbara, at the helm of the place. Absolutely nothing.

Had a very comfortable stay. Hotel was located in the old town and was conveniently located and easy access to everything. Room was very comfortable. Whilst being centrally located the hotel was on a quiet little street. It was the height of summer so parking was difficult on the street but there is a parking garage 10-15 minute walk away that costs 25 euro for 24 hours. The management were very accommodating and allowed me to check in earlier. I also left something behind and they very kindly sent it on For me which I greatly appreciated. Highly recommend for a stay in Lecce.

The location is in the city center and close to all the attractions, restaurants, and train station for convenience. The rooms are comfortable and clean, though a bit small. The property is beautiful as well as the terrace on the rooftop. Barbara is a very sweet and hospitable host, she makes your stay more pleasurable. Good value for your money. During the weekend, the area can be a little noisy at night due to the clubs and restaurants nearby but nothing too bothersome.
